So far very well. They are very well trained, courteous and thorough. Price is competitive but not as low as some other services we researched. However we were so impressed with their business strategy and training that we were willing to try them. And we are glad we have. If they continue as they have we will for sure retain their services.

You've Got Maids have been wonderful to work with. There was a small misunderstanding about which rooms to clean during the initial visit, but after a short email exchange, all was taken care of and the additional rooms were cleaned. Our first cleaning was very thorough and every cleaning since then have been performed with the same care and attention. We use You've Got Maids every other week and are very happy with their work and attention to detail. I have already recommended them to other family members and friends.

This is our first experience with a home cleaning service, and our 6th scheduled cleaning in a every other week routine. The service has been consistent each time. The owners have a check-off list that is used by the pair that comes to our ranch home, which maintains conformity. One of the pair is a "lead" person, who is responsible that the cleaning is completed to the standards. The owner always e-mails a day out before the cleaning as a reminder/courtesy and specifies a window of time when the cleaning will take place. This is an excellent service! We are SO happy that we chose, You've Got Maids.

they do a really great job and pay attention to the small details. For example, I have two young kids with lots of stuffed animals. They always arrange the animals in a fun way. They often "draw" something on the kids' blankets.

You've Got Maids is the by far the best cleaning service in the area. Each time I come home after they have visited, the house looks and smells amazing! They take time to make sure everything is sparkling, and our hardwood floors look beautiful after they have cleaned. I can't say enough about the quality of their work!

Michelle provided a work estimate. She was prompt and professional. When the staff arrived to perform the cleaning, they were professional, friendly, and thorough. The ladies did an excellent job. I am so happy with the way my house looks! I have signed up for regular, bi-weekly cleaning and look forward to a long partnership.

I have been using You've Got Maids for about 3 months now, and they do a spectacular job every time!! The cleaning is thorough and consistent, and the housecleaners are very pleasant and so polite. So much better than other services I have used in the past. Can't imagine my life without them. Michelle is professional and I love the emails that she sends a few days beforehand to remind me of my cleaning and ask if I have any special requests, and so far they have been extremely accommodating.

It was the reviews on Angie's List that led me to this company so I wanted to take the time to share my experience. From my first contact with them everything was handled in a timely manor. I was beyond ready for some help and they quickly responded to me, came out to see the house, and get me on the schedule. Their prices were very comparable to what we had expected and Michelle was very kind and professional. The day of our first deep clean we were well informed of their arrival time. I had a sitter here with my kids and she took them out while the team worked on the house. When she came home they were still working so she did her best to stay out of their way but spoke very highly of how friendly they were. I couldn't wait to get home and see the house. It looked fantastic but what really blew my mind was the shower. When we bought this house the shower had some staining that we had never been able to get up. I could not believe it when I walked in and the shower looked brand new! They left me with a great detailed list of what they did with notes regarding anything I needed to know. They are coming back out this week and I can't wait. It is worth every single penny! As a mom of 4 kids, 2 of which have special needs, this has been a much needed way to help me reduce stress. I have no problem recommending You've Got Maids.

Yes indeed the cleaning Angels were here today. And I do indeed give them 5 stars. Three were here and they Walked in and got right to work and an hour later it was over. WOW! They did not miss a thing.....I mean everything was dusted, included pictures on walls, chairs for my dining room table ...that are cloth. Bathrooms were scrubbed, floors and baseboard cleaned. They were like ninja cleaning bees. They are friendly but focused on their work. I like that! I've been home from spinal surgery and limited to what I could lift. So much needed to be addressed, that I can usually keep up myself. They made my bed that really needed to be done. No worries for these women Well,done YOU'VE GOT MAIDS, if you are looking for competent, trained, focuses house cleaner.....call them. EXCELLENT CLEAN! I previously used a different service, but noticed the house smelled worse after they left, and decided to do it myself. Life, kids, work, so much got in the way, and I realized I needed a service. After checking several services, I chose You've Got Maids. Great decision. Yes, they were more expensive than the last service I used...and well worth it. The attention to detail is amazing. They leave a checklist of areas cleaned. Baseboards! They do baseboards every time. I did experience a small problem but the owner was quick to work with me. The customer service is also fantastic.

A year ago I decided to take a "break" from my professional cleaning service at the time, due to economic reasons. I took my time looking for a new service, because I expect a certain level of quality, consistency and professionalism. When Michelle visited my home, I liked the approach the company takes to quality control and training and she was very professional. She was able to schedule my initial deep clean earlier than expected, which was wonderful considering I was expecting house guests and it took a huge worry off my plate. They did a spectacular job and I had not one complaint and nothing I would have asked to be done differently. The job was thorough and the crew was friendly, professional and accommodating to the fact that I work from home and were flexible about cleaning my office so that it didn't disturb my work/meetings. I couldn't have been happier and very much look forward to the recurring cleanings now!

Had my first scheduled cleaning (post-deep clean) and once again the crew did a fantastic job. i don't know how they get my whirlpool tub to look like it's brand new...it's amazing. I like that I get a reminder email a couple of days beforehand, asking if there are any areas I need special focus on....as well as a follow-up email asking for feedback if needed. So far I couldn't be more pleased to have my home looking so clean and fresh again! I have already recommended the company to a friend.

Both me and my husband have been extremely happy with You've Got Maids. Very professional organization that sends a reminder email asking for any special requests before the day they are scheduled to come. They do a very consistent high-quality cleaning job and I always look forward to coming home after the cleaning to see my note and see/smell how great my house is after their visit.

The first time they came in and gave my home a good spring cleaning. I must say those girls worked so hard and did everything they said they would do. They did not miss a thing. I waited to post a rating because I wanted to see if it would continue. They did a fantastic job. I came home and my house smelled good, they do little details like angling my dining chairs. I never would of thought to do that. They work from top to bottom and I am so pleased. They get smudges off doors and the fronts of the cabinets. They seem to notice all of the dirt. The girls behave in a very professional manner. They have been trained well.

It was an amazing clean. Bathrooms, baseboards, floors, and 2 dirty bathtubs came to life again!!!

I am totally obsessed with You've Got Maids!! They are unbelievably professional, timely, organized, thorough and kind. We feel completely at ease around the maids and have a high amount of trust for them. It's always kind of anxiety-inducing to look for help with cleaning your home, your sanctuary, but Michelle, the owner, made the whole "on-boarding" process seamless. The maids go through extensive training and are all consistent due to their checklists and processes. I have seriously never experienced such great customer service!! The house is sparkling after every clean!! Michelle works closely with you to identify "hot buttons" of yours to ensure the maids pay special attention to these areas. HOORAY for details! I believe our house is already in great condition and is pretty clean by all standards, however, there is nothing compared to getting your house professionally cleaned. I am VERY picky and have been through several cleaning companies prior to our current home and You've Got Maids is far and above the very finest of maids. The girls when they first arrive always smile and ask you how you are doing. They will accommodate pets in the house or whatever rooms you would like cleaned first. Michelle always asks for any special requests prior to arriving for that day's clean. All in all, 5 star service all around!!

The team did a really excellent job; they were very professional, asked questions to clarify before even beginning the work, and then got right to work. They made sure to ask me what my main concerns were, and I appreciated that. I also appreciated that they paid close attention to detail, and they got down on their knees and scrubbed hard-to-clean spots on all three floors of the house. They were friendly, yet focused on the tasks at hand. The extra touches made a huge difference for me compared to other companies; this team folded blankets and left them nicely on the couch, they made sure the towels in the bathroom were displayed nicely, they picked up baby toys, organized the baby play area, checked under furniture for hair, toys, etc., and they were very friendly with the dogs. I would definitely recommend this team again, and we look hiring them again in the future.
