Our house always looks great after the you’ve got maids crew is finished. The workers are so professional and friendly and leave the house looking wonderful. Three women were on the team that was sent to my home. They were here for about 2 hours, so a total of 6 hours of cleaning. One cleaned the two upstairs bathrooms, one dusted and vacuumed and one cleaned the kitchen and powder room. All three did a superior job! I was very impressed with their professionalism, efficient work and thoroughness. This team lead by Brandy Hoffman was the best team I have had so far since beginning to use this company. Thank you for your work!

Fantastic! I witnessed one of the ladies on her hands and knees cleaning the floor board in between my dining room and kitchen, which is something only the owner of a house would do! They are consistently great! Highly recommend, and I used to clean houses myself, so I am picky!

The initial clean had issues and subsequent cleanings varied by team. Some teams were very efficient while others missed several things or did not clean well. There was zero scheduling flexibility. I also did not like that I would be charged if I had to cancel for anything other than going out of town. We gave them a few months but after the last cleaning with missed items, dirty floors etc., I decided to cancel service with them.

During the estimate, this client stated her home did not need an initial deep clean due her home having been maintained by her previous provider and she felt it was unreasonable to pay us to perform one. The Client's home was in pretty good condition, so, in the interest of being flexible, we conceded and agreed to start with our recurring service. After the service was complete, the Client then held us to our 52pt Deep Clean service standard; a service which she agreed was not necessary and did not pay for. As it turned out, the Client needed a much deeper clean than was planned. While our team went above and beyond, they were unable to meet the deep clean standard while honoring our commitments to other clients that day. With regards to inconsistency, we offer our Clients the ability to create detailed work order service definitions for a fixed price. This allows our Clients to not only create very detailed specifications, but also to create multiple definitions for use in rotating/alternating service delivery while controlling their costs. Unfortunately, as is the case with this Client, very detailed, very different, alternating/rotating service definitions make consistency of service delivery and matching Client expectations to the specific service provided a bit difficult to manage. This is a known challenge, which we are working hard to improve, but it is still a cumbersome problem when our people, process, and technology systems are exercised as much as they were in this case. With regards to schedule flexibility, when we performed the initial in-home estimate, we informed the Client that she was just outside our service area and that we would have little to no flexibility where scheduling was concerned. The Client said she understood and agreed that would be fine. With regards to charging for cancellations, the Client is referring to late cancellations and skipping services. We do charge a late cancellation fee, as we have already committed resources that carry either a direct expense or an opportunity cost. This practice is consistent with service industry norms. The Client would also ask for us to skip as service and go twice as long between services, so we asked the Client to pay for the extra labor associated with the longer gap between cleans on the next clean. This practice is also consistent with service industry norms.

I was very impressed with You've Got Maids. I contacted them to do a deep clean of my 3 bedroom 3 bath home. The online quote process was easy and was contacted by a representative within a few days to set up the in-house walkthrough and final quote. My house was assigned a 3 person team and the day before I got an email with the estimated time they would arrive. When the team arrived they got right to work and did an amazing job. The team was professional and friendly. They worked extremely hard and efficiently. I was impressed with how detailed they got when cleaning, including using toothbrushes to clean the nooks and cranny's. The team worked for approx. 3 hours and were busy the entire time. They were respectful of my possessions and took great care with any fragile items. I am extremely happy with the quality of cleaning and experience I have had with the cleaning team and the representative I spoke with. I would recommend You've Got Maids to anyone and will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Initially it was nice for two - three times. But when I asked extra help with putting bug killer before cleaning, there were some reluctance. Next time, when they came in, inspected between mattress n mattress box and said there are bugs and left without cleaning. We had bug inspector coming in the same day and next day, both of them did not find a single bug in whole house. Even though the service quality was satisfactory, discontinuing like this was very inconvenient for me specifically in this condition.

After servicing the client twice, the client mentioned that she may have bed bugs in the bedroom(s) and wanted us to include spraying for bugs as part of our service. We informed her that we are not a pest control company and spraying for pests is not a service we provide. We then informed her that we would not be able to clean her home if she had a pest problem as we cannot risk taking any bugs out of her home and into the next client's home or back to our office. On our next service, we cleaned the apartment and witness a few bed bugs in the guest bedroom while cleaning. As the team was preparing to leave, the client noted to the team that she had seen more bed bugs earlier. We again informed the Client we would not be able to continue service if more bugs were found. The Client informed us they would have a pest control company remedy the problem. On the next clean, 4th visit, we changed staff to get a fresh set of eyes, instructed them to inspect for bugs before beginning service, and they encountered the same situation again. So we extracted our team immediately, just as we informed the Client we would. In all, we had 4 different employees, all of whom are team leads and experienced Maids, report the same conditions. The Client did claim she had 2 pest control companies come out and not find anything. As the Client previously claimed the problem was resolved, yet wasn't; we asked her to provide copies of the reports from those 2 companies to evidence the problem had been resolved this time. The Client did not do so. We respect our duty to care for our Clients, within the limits of our professional qualifications and offered services. Additionally, we respect our duty to not cross contaminate between Client homes and our duty to protect the health of our staff. We were unable to reconcile continuing service for this Client while respecting our duties to all parties concerned. This left us with no option but to terminate our service to this Client.

I thought it went well the first time --later, I found out they didn't do all they said but they did charged me $10 extra for ??? The second time they came they didn't wash the sun room floor. Then I had to start checking, the kitchen floor was not as clean as it should have been. They say on the 1st clean that they clean the outside of trash (kitchen) cans--they obviously did not do this the first time as they were very dirty when I cleaned them. The 2nd cleaning cost $160.One of the girls broke a mirror. Michelle, the owner, offered to come back and 'make it right' and pay for the broken mirror. However, I had already cleaned what they didn't. I told her not to return. Let's face it, for $300/$160 I can not clean my own house and it's totally free.
Description of Work: They came to my home for a 'first deep cleaning' then one month later to begin my monthly cleaning schedule. This cost $300, Just--well, very high in my opinion

We take Client concerns very seriously and we review the facts and accounts prior to responding to a negative review. Here is what our research turned up: Regarding the 2nd Clean... This service was performed on 3/3/2017. The Client is correct, our staff missed a couple things they should not have. We have fantastic staff but they are not perfect and they can make mistakes; they made a couple on this service. We earn our 'A' ratings not by being perfect, but by ensuring that when our staff makes mistakes, we actively engage our Clients to remedy the situation. And we did so with this Client. We offered to come back out, at our expense, to remedy the deficiencies and to reimburse the cost of the broken mirror; the Client refused both and discharged us. After being discharged, we still asked the Client if we could come out to re-clean the areas we missed so that she received full value as promised. We received no response. Regarding the 1st Clean... This service was provided on 1/30/2017. We send a follow-up email to each of our Clients after every service. We did not receive any complaints regarding this service. Regarding the '$10 extra' charge... We appreciate the price sensitivity of our Clients which is why our service fees are fixed ahead of each service and our Clients always know what they will pay prior to receiving service. At no point did the Client notify us of any suspected billing errors. I reviewed the service agreement, signed by the Client, and checked this against our billing records. The Client was billed exactly as she agreed. This statement is false.

So far very well. They are very well trained, courteous and thorough. Price is competitive but not as low as some other services we researched. However we were so impressed with their business strategy and training that we were willing to try them. And we are glad we have. If they continue as they have we will for sure retain their services.
