I was very impressed with the cleaning team today! They were cleaning machines; polite, focused, and efficient. Thank you very much for the great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used You’ve Got Maids to do a deep cleaning. The team was punctual, efficient and very friendly. I admire their work ethic and the results prove it. I think this company does a good job training their staff. Now if only I could keep my house this clean!

Had a terrible experience both scheduling and with service. Scheduling was for a Monday. I took off work, only to find they said first thing (8;30) Tues. took off half day on Tues. call at 10 when they haven’t shown up. Sorry again we put a clean ahead of you. So sorry not to have called. As far as cleaning goes, my five year old son does a better job of cleaning his room. One example of many: paid to have inside of cabinets cleaned. Open one day after cleaning and could remove the dirt with my finger. Clearly they did not do,even though I confirmed with supervisor. Bottom line: if you use these guys you only have yourself to blame.

Fabulous crew. Great process. These guys have the art of house cleaning down to a science, literally. They send a team, the team members have specialties, and all of them are smart, well-trained, pleasant, professional and presentable. They told exactly what they would be doing and that's precisely what they did. One thing I really liked about their whole room process is that I don't have to try and direct them or remember what needs doing. They do it all every time. Also, really sharp eyes for things both my wife and I would have missed discussing with them.

Excellent. Michelle, one of the owners, came to look at what needed to be done, gave us an estimate while she was there based on examining every room and explained their services. We were on a tight schedule to get ready for an Open House within 7 days, and they accommodated our schedule and had the work done just before the Open House. The 3 people who came to clean were efficient, went to work immediately, and asked their questions before we left the house. They use environmentally safe products and they bring everything they need to clean the home. I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning. Once we move out of this home, we will be hiring them again to clean the home for the new owners.

My team of 3 headed by Ashley did another outstanding job. Always professional and thorough. They just don't miss anything!! I love the way they fold my towels and throws. Always unique! What a great feeling having my house spotlessly clean!! I have been using You've Got Maids for over a year now and will definitely continue!!

The team of 3 provided arrived when they said they would and got right to work. Tammy (team leader) walked around with me and made sure she knew what was needed. The results were amazing; the house hasn’t looked this good in years! I will be using this service on a periodic basis.

Very flexible to meet my date and time of service. Haley and her team showed up ready to go as I asked. Full uniforms, very courteous, professional, and did a great job.

The team leader, Tammy, is not only a superstar but also took pride, when I complimented her, in what she described as a "dream team" today, thus complimenting her entire team. I admire that. The three of them can come back anytime.

The three people on the team who arrived at the house were cheerful from the start, as they invariably are. The clean they provide is deep and thorough, and they are super nice folks.

They are very sweet to my dog and have never broken anything which is a first. They are very careful to be out of my way and are very efficient. The owner is very accessible and easy to contact. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

We hired them for a deep spring cleaning. We were totally blown away at how clean our house was! They did everything on the check list they provided. We look forward to every 2 weeks of regular cleaning from the crew. Great job!!

I was thrilled with Lea and her crew who came just a few days later to do the work. The ladies were knowledgeable, efficient, and the hardest workers I've ever met. Our son was born four days before a scheduled cleaning. We had been preparing for his arrival for a while, but the house kept throwing us surprises. He was delivered by scheduled c-section so we figured that we would be home by Thursday to tidy up the house, but a minor complication required mother and baby stay at the hospital until late Thursday afternoon, with dad spending overnight at the hospital most nights. By Thursday morning, dad was so frazzled that he had forgotten to tidy up. But when we brought our baby home for the first time, the cleaning crew had done a fantastic job of cleaning around the clutter and making sure that the house was ready for him. Their flexibility over the past few months has been critical for maintaining our sanity throughout the pregnancy. On behalf of our family, I wanted to thank all of you and let you know how much we appreciate your consistently awesome service.

Great service! They did a in home low pressure visit to give me a good quote. When they cleaned the house, they did a great job.

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient and affective.

They sent two women, Stephanie and Margaret. The two women worked non-stop while here. They paid great attention to detail, brought everything they needed to do the job, had a written checklist they followed, worked quietly and efficiently and were very professional in every way. My house has never looked this good! It was more expensive than the service I had been using but as my Dad always says, "you get what you pay for".
