They were OK.

They have some special where they pay you if they don't show. They were supposed to arrive between 8:00-11:00. They did not show up on time, actually not until 5:00 that evening and they charged extra plus a service fee. The job took 45 minutes and they charged $400. I feel that their pricing was exorbitant and they did not honor their special to pay me for my time.

The first worker said it was roots in the line in the front yard.. He rooted them out. Within days, water was in our basement again. Same man came out. It was within the 60 day guarantee. He mentioned there might be a problem where the line hits the main line. By the third visit, different guy determined it wasn't our line at all, but the city's line and recorded it for free. So, we paid several hundred unneeded dollars to find out the problem wasn't ours. They refused to even take partial responsibility or refund payment. The city fixed the problem with no fee. The company made several trips out to determine the problem and cost the homeowners several hundred dollars. In the end, the problem was not even the original one, stated. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing refused to stand behind their mistake. Bad business.

EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, ARRIVED WITHIN AN HOUR OF OUR CALL. PLUMBER WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. WHILE DOING THE TWO JOBS WE HAD CALLED HIM FOR, HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT ADVICE ON OVERALL PLUMBING IN OUR HOUSE AND SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING WATER HEATERS AND WATER SOFTENERS. HE HAD ALL THE NECESSARY PARTS ON HIS TRUCK, SO THERE WAS NO NEED FOR A RETURN VISIT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 2-5PM AND HE SHOWED UP AT 2:15. NEAT IN APPEARANCE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO. THEY CARRY A LARGE SUPPLY OF PARTS AND DO GOOD WORK. I THINK THE PRICE IS WAY OUT OF LINE HOWEVER, BUT WHEN YOU NEED A PLUMBER RIGHT AWAY, IT'S HARD TO GET A LOT OF BIDS.

PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND FRIENDLY. ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN QUICKLY. SOME WORK WAS DONE THAT FIRST DAY. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. ALTHOUGH I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISCOUNT, THE PRICE SEEMS HIGH TO ME.

HE WAS VERY NICE. HE WORE SHOE COVERS AND WAS NOT PUSHY. THEY HAVE A SET PRICE FOR THIS WORK WHICH I LIKED.

THE COMPANY HAD WORKED ON IT, AND CORRECTED THE WARRANTY I WAS GIVEN ORIGINALLY, WHICH WAS TOO SHORT. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROVIDED A GREAT RESPONSE FROM THE OFFICE TEAM TOO.

SERVICE TECH ARRIVED WITHIN 3 HOURS OF MY CALL REGARDING MY WATER HEATER NOT WORKING. HE CHARGED ME $199 TO CHANGE THE DIP TUBE AND LEFT. LATER THAT EVENING, IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. THREE MORE TECH'S CAME OUT OVER THE NEXT 2 DAYS. THEY DID NOT FIX IT, ONLY WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW WATER HEATER. I GOT A FULL REFUND WHEN THREATENING THEM WITH BBB COMPLAINT. ANOTHER PLUMBER CAME AND FIXED IT ON FIRST CALL.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . WE PLAN ON HAVING THEM COME BACK WHEN WE HAVE MORE WORK DONE.

HE IS GOING TO COME BACK TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK. I THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY. HE DID THE JOB AND DID IT RIGHT.
