Overall this company provides a basic cleaning service. There is no detail/deep cleaning (except on the initial clean). Typically 3 girls were sent to our home (approximately 2,600 sqft) and cleaning was done in just about 1 hour. Hard floors are vacuumed and very lightly gone over with a damp rag, anything that may take more than a quick wipe does not get cleaned. Carpet vacuumed. Dusting is done adequately. Bathrooms for the most part are done well. Kitchen was done well. Bed linens are not changed unless you pay an additional fee per bed. We used Dee's cleaning for five months. There were 3 times in five months that required Dee herself to come back out to the house to reclean. She did apologize and agreed that these things should not have been missed. Most were issues with floors not being cleaned, areas to be dusted were missed. She was professional, work was guaranteed, very basic cleaning was done adequately.The reason I stopped service was how the floors were cleaned, which I had emphasized since the first visit. The last time she came to clean I was told that, "Well, we are never going to be able to get everything." For me, I felt the service was rushed and things that I felt were important were missed. I have no problem with paying someone more to adequately clean what I am asking to be cleaned (which I had mentioned more than once).

I have been most impressed with the responsiveness from Dee anytime I have had any problems, which have been very few; she has responded quickly and has always compensated me for anything in which I had an issue. I am very picky about my home and its cleanliness in detail, so I probably notice things most people wouldn't. I am unable to clean myself because of physical issues. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism of her staff. They are very friendly and pleasant.

Our Dee's Cleaning Team is simply remarkable. I have used Dee's Cleaning for the past seven years. The crew is consistently punctual, professional, efficient, and cheerful. They arrive completely stocked with cleaning supplies and vacuum sweepers. Dee has the crew keep a file with them listing our preferences for cleaning supplies and detailed instructions for items of attention. Dee encourages us to call her if something is ever missed and will even show up the next day herself to clean something accidentally missed. We are also encouraged to contact Dee if a cleaning visit needs to be rescheduled to accomodate our busy social calendar. Security for our personal items has never been an issue. Our Dee's Cleaning Team consists of the same ladies visit after visit and they all receive ample retraining on how to keep our home clean and smelling great.

The provider was very thorough and met with me and went over the details of the clean. The crew that came in was very professional and did the clean in a timely fashion.

She made sure that everything was cleaned properly. I like that she follows up. If I do find something, she acts upon it right away. I like that she is very conscientious about making sure that the cleaning is done right. Obviously this is her business, so she wants to make sure that everything goes well. I think she does a great job.
