Paul would never give me proof of insurance or a real quote. He kept saying they have millions of dollars in insurance between him and Steve, the electrician, but would never show me the proof. This led me to believe that they don’t have the insurance he is claiming. They never gave me a legitimate quote either. Paul would just say that he knew their price would be the lowest and that it would likely be under $2000. I asked for the insurance and a quote multiple times and kept getting pushed off and Paul would go on a 15 minute discussion on explaining my box, the situation we were in, or the insurance he claimed to have. Paul’s also talked in depth about how the hold up on our box was with Ameren and their regulations which were new and they have just started experiencing the same hold ups with another client. I have not had any similar issues with Ameren and other electric companies. At first, that was why I chose Creation Plus because I thought it sounded like they knew something the other electric companies didn’t, but now I think it was just a way to push off our project and blame it on Ameren. Overall, I would’ve liked working with Paul and Steve as they were both nice, but I got very frustrated with the process and what seemed like a lot of lies and un reputable business practices. Use at your own caution and maybe they will send you proof of insurance and a quote to put your mind at ease. I am now working with Roberts Electric and they easily gave me proof of insurance, a quote that I doubt Creation Plus could match, an explanation of the process with a set day and time of work, and a very professional staff. As a timeline, I put in my initial request in at the end of June and just fired Creation Plus via a voicemail last month (end of October) and never even got a call back to explain themselves or finally give me proof. They regularly told me that they should be able to start in the next couple weeks and we’re even thinking of working around Ameren’s qualification requirements to help me get the job done.

Very happy with the work, would recommend and hire again; I had estimates from prior companies for all work and he saved me $100 even after doing one more project than the other companies bid.

My husband tried to install the chandalier but kept blowing a fuse so I called For someone to come try to find out what the problem was he found out the chandelier was wired Incorrectly from the manufacturer he was also kind enough to speak to the company I bought The chandelier from to get a refund for services since it was their product that was faulty

Paul did an amazing job and very prompt. Was here when he said and completed the job earlier than expected.

Paul showed up on time, was friendly, helpful, and most importantly did the work professionally for the price quoted. When problems rose up with the installations Paul was able to overcome them easily, which evidenced a great knowledge of his craft. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
