COOL SHADES

If you want dark tint don't go here. Definitely don't bring your high end car unless you want weak tint. Make sure they will/can do the work before you schedule appointment. They wasted almost two weeks of my time just for me to show up and tell me they wouldn't (not couldn't, they WOULDN'T) give me the darker tint I want. Too bad because I was already thinking of future work before I arrived, but now there's no chance of that! As for the business responce...you can claim safety concerns and I might get a ticket all you want. Those are my concerns not yours!!!! You even had a dark tint car sitting in front of your shop in your parking spot. Your position on this issue cost you my business today and tomorrow, and now it will cost you others as well. Had you guys simply told me about your "policy" up front I would have simply moved on. Instead of refusing to install the tint I wanted you should have done my install. My decision....NOT YOURS!!!!!

Outstanding price and service! Bought a brand new car and was very particular who I would let tint the windows. Read some reviews and looked at some websites before going with people who were very experienced with window tinting. Talked to the owner, on a day the shop was closed, and was very surprised not to get a recorded message. Ken gave me some "rough estimates," and I went to see him the next day. Scheduled the date and time for the job, and it went off perfectly! Ken and Don did a beautiful job. Price was better than I could get at the dealer, and came with a lifetime warranty. I was so pleased with them, I scheduled another appointment to have my new car "detailed." Don't waste your time looking for someone else to do this to your car----this is the place to take it if you want a truly professional job.

Setup an appointment to get our 2004 Mini Cooper tinted on a Saturday at 3 PM. Friday night my wife decided it might be time to get a new car, so I called Cool Shades and told them we were going to be looking at new cars Saturday morning and make a decision. We ended up buying a 2008 Mazda 3, closing the deal at 2:45 PM. I called Cool Shades and we drove straight from the dealership to their place and they tinted the windows in 3 hours. They are very customer focused and friendly.
