Actually it went quite well. Skip and his personnel showed up on time, and were ready to start work immediately. Neither one of us knew whether the work would be completed before it rained, but fortunately he was able to complete the work just before it did rain. I had mentioned to Skip that I had two tree stumps in located near the old concrete foundation that I was trying to find a tree service company to come and remove. Skip simply said; " Don't worry about them. I'll take care of that to." The next thing I knew he and his crew had finished removing the old garage concrete foundation, and the 2 tree stumps had been removed as well. I would say that was pretty good customer service, and after 23 years in the military I'm not easily impressed by anyone. Overall it was a job "well done."
Description of Work: The job involved the brake up and removal of my old 10' by 18' concrete garage foundation.

They did a lot of work in my subdivision so I was familiar with them. Gave me a bid and kept me informed of when weather would permit them to install the cover. Removed old pergola and cleaned up area. Installed new cover next day.

Jim was extremely nice, prompt to appointments and call backs. Had a lot of good suggestions and recommendations for what to put on my house. Helped make the decision easy and confident. Turn around time after placing order for metal awning was just a couple weeks and installed right away. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
