Clean Sweep Chimney Service

Description of Work: Called them because of carbon monoxide problem (furnace exhausts into chimney), and chimney had not been cleaned for several years. He could easily have sold me unnecessary services, but did inspection, determined chimney didn't need to be swept; pointed out that fireplace had always been smoky when made wood fire because it was built for coal (I had no idea); and pointed out likely problem with furnace installation --kept pointing out that he was not HVAC tech, but said had never seen high efficiency furnace without outside air intake, and that manual says one should have that if in same room as hot water heater, which it is. Charged only for service call (charge listed is approximate--I don't recall exactly, but less than $100.)

Description of Work: Chimney was swept. Victor was very professional. Not a con artist like a lot of home service people you encounter. He was honest, straightforward, informative, and did not perform more work than was necessary. His advice was professional and very well communicated. He did the service above and beyond my expectations. I will definitly have him back to service my chimneys.
