I can't say enough good about Victor and his service. He showed up on time, left no mess, did a thorough job and gave us several pointers on safe fire procedures. He also inspected our exterior bricks and the interior of the chimney. Very professional throughout. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing chimney sweep services.

It went really well. Victor was very professional and friendly. He cleaned the chimney thoroughly and left the workplace tidy and clean. He was very helpful with ideas on how to deal with the leak related to the old chimney.

Excellent service from the beginning. The person answering the phone was extremely nice and professional, she was able to schedule the job in two days from the time of my call. Victor, the owner, called me about 30 minutes ahead of arrival to let me know that he was on schedule. He got to work quickly and was very neat and thorough. He even cleaned the glass and doors on the fireplace which we've not had anyone do before. He also made some recommendations on tuckpointing needs and even had a coloring book for my 2 year old daughter. A great job at a great price by a very personable professional, I won't be calling anyone else in the future.

It was the usual noisy thing but he did a nice job. He did a fine job and we would recommend them. We didn't have any complaints and we would call them back.

After calling and making the appointment (the lady was very nice) Victor was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the chimney and gas fireplace we have in our 100+ year old home. He cleaned the chimney as well as replaced embers and repositioned the logs all in under an hour! The house was left clean and he even laid down a cloth on the floor so his boots didn't track in anything. Thanks Victor!

I had not had my chimney cleaned in probably over 5 years and I use it frequently for wood fires in the winter. I called Clean Sweep and got an appointment within the same week. Victor came to my house with several tarps so that he would not track anything on to my carpet, set up his equipment, checked out my chimney and said it was definitely in need of cleaning and proceeded to clean it with an electric powered sweep that he explained fans out and cleans all sides of the chimney at once. He had it set up with a large vacuum that immediately removed the ashes and dirt as it was being cleaned. I had just cleaned my carpets and he did such a great job that not any of the ashes or dirt got on my carpet! When he was finished he told me it was ready to go, gave me advice on cleaning frequency and how to better use my fireplace. Overall a great experience! He also told me they send out postcard reminders twice yearly. I got one today!

Arrived on time. Very Professional. Spent time to explain what he was doing. Quality job. We have had other chimney sweeps, he took at least twice the time as the others and was extremely thorough.

He is honest, good, prompt, and reasonable.

It was a very good and positive experience with them. They were on time and covered everything before they started the work. The price was within what I expected. I’ve had my chimney cleaned every 3 or 4 years and it was within the price I’ve had before. The quality was very good. They were having a little bit of a staffing issue and they explained that at the time of the phone call so I was okay with that because it wasn’t an emergency or anything like that. When they were able to schedule me they got here and did the job. They cleaned up and left everything in tact when they finished.

I've been using them for about 18 years and they are very professional. The owner is continually trying to learn new techniques and information. For 18 years I've been very pleased with them and I will use them again in the future.

Very professional, all work done as promised and on time. Cleaned up very well after the work was finished.

We were disappointed in the service. We scheduled the appointment, and the first time they came out, they were unprepared. The ladder the gentleman had was not long enough to get on the roof. It took several weeks for them to reschedule, and I had to call several times to get the appointment. The second time they came out, it was raining, and they told me it was not cost effective for them to do it since the chimney had to be dry. After rescheduling again, they were late to the appointment. To give a better picture of how much time this took, the inspection was done August 22, and they finally completed the work on October 20. The work was fine (as far as I can tell since I am not a chimney expert).

We called this company to get an estimate and they told us there was a charge just to get an estimate to do the work. Needless to say we decided against paying to provide them with work.

The workers were on-time, courteous, and willing to answer questions. The new damper has eliminated an air-flow problem that we developed after the gas starter in the fireplace broke. As usual, another great job from this company. Recommend highly!

THIS COMPANY WAS BOTH THE HIGHEST PRICED FOR CLEANING ($149 VS. $95 AND $119, AND WAS INFLEXIBLE ON REPAIR ESTIMATES. THEY, LIKE THE OTHERS, ARE "TOO BUSY" RIGHT NOW TO DO REPAIRS. FAIR ENOUGH; IT'S FALL, BUT UNLIKE THE OTHERS, THEY WON'T GIVE AN ESTIMATE NOW THAT THEY'D HONOR IN THE SPRING FOR THE REPAIRS; OTHERS I CALLED WOULD.

THEY WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND VERY THOROUGH IN CLEANING AND INSPECTING. THE LIVING ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AFTER THE CHIMNEY WAS SWEPT. GAVE A GREAT CHIMNEY 101 LECTURE AND TALKED AT LENGTH ABOUT WHAT DIDN'T NEED WORK, WHAT WE COULD DO BUT NOT NECESSARY RIGHT NOW, AND WHAT WE MIGHT WANT TO REPAIR NOW. NO 'SALES JOB'. WE ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON VARIOUS ISSUES WHICH WAS MAILED PROMPTLY AND WAS FAIR.

SERVICE MAN WAS PROMPT. JOB POTENTIALLY CAN BE VERY DIRTY, BUT RUGS AND FIREPLACE HEARTH WERE COVERED WITH HEAVY CANVAS CLOTHS TO PREVENT DIRT FROM SPREADING.
