+ -1 moreWork was not done correctly. Christensen would not return phone calls to correct the problem. I had to hire another plumber to get the work done correctly. I made numerous attempts to contact Christensen and he would not return my phone calls. This was a potentially dangerous situation and I couldn't even get a return phone call.

+ -1 moreThe owner is very courteous and honest which is hard to find in today's world. The price is always very fair and the work is good. If you are not satisfied, they will make it right. We have used other plumbers before and it was always a struggle. I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: They have done various jobs for us on different occasions including moving plumbing pipes, replacing a sump pump, installing faucets, etc. They can do it all when it comes to plumbing .

+ -1 moreWas recommended to him, called, talked about leakage problem, said he'd come over the next day to give a quote. Wanted me to call on my way home from work, called THREE times, left a message. He never showed and he never called back either. Poor service. Thought about calling again, but didn't think it was realistic to beg someone for business.

+ -1 moreHe had the best customer service. He was probably the best plumber I've ever dealt with. He was just a very reliable person. He knew right away what the problem was, thoroughly explained it, and offered to come back if the problem wasn't fixed.
Description of Work: We had had an ongoing leak in our bathtub. We also had a problem with a toilet. He fixed both of them!
