They came and gave us a bid. We hired them. The work was done in a very timely manner. Left the yard free of debris.

They showed up on time stuck to a schedule and finished on time. They had a project manager here overseeing the job the whole time.

I was cold called by this company and misled to believe that they are a local company and have been in the business for over 20 years. The caller told me that they had an "A" rating by the BBB and were doing 15 other roofs in our area, so I scheduled an estimate. Never mind the fact that they were in violation of the Federal Do Not Call List. A man came out and refused to give us a bid until we showed him our insurance company estimate. I don't see why they needed that before they would give us a quote. He said he needed that to see what they had to work with. I believe they would used that to may sure they charged us every cent the insurance company authorized. That is not the way I do business. The man did tell my husband that the company has only been in St. Louis area for 2 years and are not rated by the MO BBB. I would never hire them.

I was cold called by this company. They were doing inspections after a recent hail storm we had in our area. I was impressed by the fact that they came out did the inspection and did not try to sell me a roof. They were very thorough in their inspection. I was very satisfied with their service. They were very professional. They did not charge me for the inspection of my roof.
