Brady Lawn service

Description of Work: We were in need of emergency service for our lawn. It had become entirely overgrown and needed an initial cut so that we could get in there for continued maintenance. We contacted Brady Lawn Service, and they continued to tell us that they would show up at our house that day or the next. This went on for days and days until they finally said that they would show up (at this point the grass was outrageously high). I had to be out of town that day, but they said it would be no problem, I would just have to pay up front. So, I gave them my credit card information and thought that the work would finally be accomplished. When I came home later than evening, the services had not been done and now they had my credit card information. I repeatedly tried to call him (maybe too many times, but I was nervous because he had my financial information). I waited until business hours the next day and called as well (I believe throughout the whole process I left three messages - I was not rude in any of them considering the circumstances). He never got back to us. We ended up hiring someone else. In short, if you have an emergency cut that you need performed in a timely fashion, do not hire this company. I can't speak of their week-to-week service, but their one-time service is unreliable and unprofessional.

Description of Work: We have not hired this provider yet. We saw him in the neighborhood and were interested in having him give an estimate for work we needed.

Description of Work: I used Brady Lawn service to do several things for me. He power washed part of the house and the patio, mowed the lawn and did things like that for me.
