BDM Construction

I entered into a basement finish contract on June 15/11, for 500 sq feet. It took 4 MONTHS for BDM to complete. Living through an absolute mess of drywall dust for 4 months is not a reasonable expectation for a 500 sq ft. project. Entire weeks would go by with no work. They'll start your project on time; but after that good luck. Lots of excuses then a lack of communication/project management will follow. The workmanship was good, especially the finishing stage. But 17 weeks?

The end results are fabulous and I love my remodeled bathroom. Brian's suggestion for the travertine tile was right on and it really looks nice. There were some time delays resulting from issues with the cabinetry; quality would be a 5 except for the cabinetry.

Mr. Brian Moor's personal involvement and interest in every aspect of the project was highly valued. He went out of his way in having the work done economically and professionally.

Excellent work- we are very pleased with our addition. Some issues with communication but they make it a point to work with you so that you are pleased with the progress and the results.

BDM finished our basement and it looks phenomenal. They completed the project within the budged time and came in under the budgeted cost of the project as well. We plan on using BDM Construction for future projects and would recommend Brian and his team to anyone.

we are starting our 9th week on a 10 to 14 day bathroom remodel - communication is spotty and workers frequently don't show up -come late and leave early

A 2 to 3 day job turned into a 4 month ordeal.. Days that worker was suppose to show up no one showed and no phone call... screens are not removable for replacement or cleaning... Would not recommend this contracter for any work to anyone.... cheap job...

I have had several remodeling projects since 2008 and BDM has done them all (addition, new garage, and basement finish). The work is exceptional. The people sent to the house to do the work have been courteous, respectful, helpful, trustworthy, and, above all, phenomenal craftsmen. They were able to easily accomodate changes in design and additions to the work contracted. The pricing from BDM was very reasonable and they go out of their way try and keep the cost manageable. I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend BDM Construction.

Two knowledgeable workers completed a complete front bathroom remodel in 5 days. Including removal of all 40 year old tiles, wallboard, bathtub, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet and fixtures. Put in all-new walls, floor and wall tile, jacuzzi tub, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, all new fixtures including ceiling vent fan. Complete painting. Very professional. Made ongoing notice of problem areas and correction recommendations. Very careful of living room carpet and two pets. Would definitely use again.

BDM I would recommend to everyone! Brian is the best Contractor we spoke with. He has stayed in contact with us throughout this whole process. He has had many meetings with us and invited us to see his house so we could see his fireplaces to pick one because we were not sure what we wanted. He is so nice and makes us feel comfortable calling him about anything any time. He also has saved us money where he noticed some things could be changed on our plans. His secratary is so nice also and very helpfull. I have talked with 2 other contractors and BDM had the best bid and was the only one to do everything FAST! 5 stars+. Thank You BDM!

Brian was great to work with. All his employees did exceptional work. Any problems we had were taken care of. We had a full basement finished and it looks great!. We could not be more pleased with how the project turned out. You will not be dissapointed!
