I got rebates. This was the second time I've used them. They did their job.

This was my first time using them.

They had been out to our house in 2008 and did a decent job, so we called them again. Our air conditioning wasn't switching on. I set up a time of "after 3:00" but they called the day-of and said they'd be there at 1:00. I altered my work schedule to meet them. The technician investigated the problem and told us we would need a new circuit board, but he managed to keep the air going. He was professional and did what needed to be done for a temporary fix. He said to call the office to set up a time for the installation, which I did that afternoon. The woman in the office said someone would get back with me to set up a time for installation and she would order the part. After wrong parts being ordered, calls not being returned, and then the correct part NOT being ordered at all, we gave up. The original temporary fix was fine, but our fan has been blowing non-stop for a week now, and the actual fix is not going to happen. I've since requested a service call from another company. I was very hopeful we'd have a good experience like the last time but it was anything but. My disappointment is in the professionalism of the office staff, lack of return calls, and miscommunication.

HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH ACC FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY USED RECORDS FROM PREVIOUS JOB TO EXPEDITE THE INSTALLATION OF THE FURNACE. GOOD PRODUCT LIKE, SALES REP INFORMED ME OF A REBATE PROGRAM WHICH ENABLED ME TO BUY A MORE EFFICIENT UNIT. INSTALLATION- EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP.
