Description of Work: I have requested an estimate on Monday February 24, 2014 at around 11:00AM. I was given the number of their estimator Carrie, who I called and left a message. I did not hear back and called Tuesday. I was given the Office manager who stated that Carrie will call within an hour. Carrie called 3 hours later and left me a message. I called her back in the evening and left her a message to call me around 9:00 AM Wednesday, (today). No call. I called the office around 12:00PM and again was transferred to the office manager who was able to get hold of Carrie. the manager told me that she would be calling in about 5 or 10 minutes. That was over 2 hours ago. I called back and stated that maybe the company is unable to take on new work and that I needed to go elsewhere for help. She stated that she was sorry but that they are really busy and that she hoped I would find someone. The sad part is that I used them back in the 80's and thought it would be great to have them back but never was able to get an estimator to call back.
