Whether your heating system has broken down in the middle of winter’s chilliest night or you want your AC to work a little more efficiently this summer, you can always rely on the Air Alliance Team. Our heating and cooling contractors in St. Charles, MO and St. Louis, MO are experienced working with all types and brands of heating and cooling systems. The Air Alliance Team is made up of Sauer Cooling and Heating, A’s Heating and Cooling and Bizelli Heating and Air Conditioning. Sauer acquired A’s in 2013, and Bizelli in 2017, joining our employee staff together as one team. As a combined family of HVAC companies we have renamed ourselves the Air Alliance Team and are now better able to serve our customers.

Very well. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: We had an a/c unti installed approx 3 yrs ago. Our existing one stopped functioning on a very hot Saturday. They were at our house within the hour, diagnosed the issue and replaced our unti the very same day. We were up and running with a working a/c within hours. About 3 yrs later the compressor stopped working (manufactures fault). They replaced our unti within a couple hours even though the manufactur had only offered a 1 yr warranty. The owner did not think that was proper and they said they would take that up with the manufactur and I would have to assume eat any cost of the manufacture tried to fight it. I am a real estate agent and since I had such a good experience with them, I have since referred them to all my clients. I have met many of their employees and they all have been professional and they ate much Chelsea than any other company ones used in the past. Highly recommend.

This company is outstanding in all areas; customer service, prompt, courteous and responsive. They are reasonably priced for quality work and they are very honest - looking for opportunities to repair equipment versus sell you something new. I have used these guys for 20 years in 3 different houses and they have consistently been able to diagnose and repair problems that others could not seem to figure out.

The attitude and quality of their work has gradually deteriorated.

In response to this comment. The member had not contacted us in regards with any problem prior to her posting on Angies List.The last time we had serviced her equipment was October 26, 2009. I did call her today October 18, 2010 and I asked her what happened so that we could make things right and she refused to cooperate. We can not fix or make things right if we don't know that there is a problem and she does not call us.

Both times I have used then it has been in the middle of a cold night. They are responsive and do great work. They are efficient, and do what it takes to get it working.
