It went well. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said it would take them. They cleaned up when they were done.

Sean, the owner of company, was great to work with. He is really focused on customer satisfaction. He gave me a date that he would come to my property for estimate and even called before he got here with a time of arrival. I told him what I would like to have done and he went into detail as to how exactly they would accomplish the job. I have to say this was no easy job. One huge ash tree was leaning over my barn and two big trees were leaning over back of house. I had a building project I had to get started and Sean was able to expedite my job sooner than original time estimate. The day his crew came to do the work the weather was not great with a chance of rain in forecast. Also, I need to mention Sean called to let me know that his crew was on the way. The crew was very professional and courteous. They never stopped working till the job was done, even for a brief period of very light rain. When they were finished they even blew sawdust off of my deck. If I need any tree service in the future I will definitely call Sean. I would highly recommend his company.

Sean was fantastic to work with!!! He is very proud of his company and he should be!! Sean came out to give us an estimate and it was reasonable compared to the other companies, but the reason I choice An Affordable is I actually got to see their work at a neighbors home and they RAVED about the service, and work done. 4 men arrived at our home on time and I could not believe how they climbed up the trees with ease and how detailed and precious they were on where the tree would fall. The clean up was so well done that you could not even tell a tree had fallen. They were very fast and courteous and went above and beyond what we expected. We live amongst the woods and will definitely use them again, I will also recommend them to my neighbors with no hesitation.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Called to get a quote and Sean and he stopped by the house that night and called me with a quote on several different scenarios. Went with the option mentioned above and he put me on the schedule. Great communication from start to finish. He called me once my turn came up on the schedule just to confirm then his guys were out and knocked out the job. The crew was awesome as well, all professional and you would never have known they were there as all debris was picked up and cleaned out. Without a doubt will they be my first and last call the next time I need some more work done. Thanks Sean and crew for everything. Looks great.

They were very easy to work with. Everything was done over the phone. I contacted 3 companies for quotes. Affordable Tree Service provided the fastest response on the quote and quoted a price $50 lower than the lower of the 2 of the other companies contacted. They were able to get to our job within the 2 - 3 week window estimated. They called the day before to let us know they would be coming. No one was home while the work was being done. We came home and found the tree and bush gone, everything cleaned up and a small pile of mulch raked into a neat pile as promised. They called the next day to make sure we were satisfied and to provide a mailing address for the payment. I will definitely use Affordable Tree Service again.

I could not be more pleased with the results, if I ever need more tree work, I will call Sean and his team first.

Amazing! They were the second quote we received, the first being from another larger tree removal company that quoted MORE THAN double the price! Very quick to return my initial call, also went by my house to look at our tree and called me to quote an amount the same day. They were three weeks out on appointments, but managed to squeeze us in a week later. They cut down a large sweet gum tree that was right over our pool...they managed to cut it down and clean up completely without getting anything in our pool! My husband and I were very impressed. We have at least one more tree to remove, and they will be the only company I call. Thank you!

Sean came out to property and promptly gave a bid. Within about two weeks came out and removed tree leaving "firewood length" pieces in yard. A few of the pieces were much longer than 16" some up to 30" plus and would require at least 2-3 guys to move. I asked if these pieces could be cut up some more so we could use them in the fireplace or at least move them and got a NO it would take too much time for them to cut up. There was also several large ruts in the yard left by the crew. Sean offered to have someone come by and remove the wood the following day, the wood didn't move for several days later and apparently someone else picked it up so I got another disgruntled call from the owner. Normally I wouldn't complain about any of this but the way Sean talked to me and my renter was unprofessional

These guys were great. They sent a crew of four men and had to work in my yard and my backyard neighbor's yard to get the Willow trimmed. It was apparent they knew what they were doing. They were amenable to some last minute changes, with only a minor price change. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned areas of my yard (under my deck) that needed it. The crew has been together 12 years and seemed to work together well. Sean gave us the bid. He is an arborist and gave us information on all of our trees. A good experience, fun to watch. The guy trimming in the tree was amazing. I didn't get competitive bids, I didn't have time. But I was satisfied with the price, given the amount of work. I plan to have them come and trim my other trees.

This was my second time using Affordable Tree Service and it went well. It took 2 days, first day was 7 trees in back yard, second day was a large dead tree in the front plus trimming all trees in front yard, as well as stump grinding. Backyard wood was stacked on edge of property, front was left by tree which we had to move ourselves. I also asked for the mulch of the trees from day 2.

Crew showed up on time and were done within 3 hours. Tree, debris removed and both stumps ground out. Cleaned up every piece of waste. No mess left over. And I also have mulch for other landscaping around the house from the stump grinding. Definitely will recommend to friends/family, and I will use again in the future.

We didn't have the work done. Due tp the weather and timing it's not feasible this year.

The men were hard working and answered my questions. The yard was in better shape after they left then in was before they came.

We were more than pleased with the entire experience. Sean was very upfront as to the length of time it would take to get to our project. When they did arrive to perform the job, we were concerned with the timing, as it was the day after a prolonged period of rain (5" by our rain gauge). The job was completed in less than 5 hours & much to our pleasure there was minimal collateral damage to our very wet yard. No hesitation whatsoever to use Affordable Tree Service again.

The raintree had been damaged several years ago in an ice storm and year by year it became more and more distressed until this year it was completely void of leaves. The tree was approx 40 feet in height, two feet in diameter. The tree was also over a covered backyard spa. Not a single branch fell on the spa during removal. It was cut to the ground. There was no part of the remaining stump that protruded above the level ground. The butternut is 105 years old and featured as one of the top 20 trees in St. Charles County by the County's Parks Department in its tree tour brochure. The average longevity for a butternut is about 65 years. It is a beauty and Affordable Tree Service has been caring for it for many years as if it were their own. The Norway maple is developing leaf wilt and with the trimming provided by the service we're hoping to arrest its spread and thereby prolong the tree's life. The sweet gum trimming was normal maintenance. Affordable arrived on time and its workers immediately went to accomplishing their tasking. They were professional and efficient. No time was wasted. Their clean-up was particularly exceptional. One would not have known that the front lawn at one time was completely covered with trimmed branches and scores of butternuts. Well done! .

Work was completed in an extremely professional manner. The arrived when they said they would. After reviewing the work to be done, they immediately started and did not stop till completion. All of the brush, limbs, leaves etc was cleaned up. The yard was better looking when they completed than when they started. This was a very professional team

Sean was very responsive to my initial call. We were provided a quote, and once the price was agreed upon, our job was completed within a week. The work was top notch. We had several limbs from a locust tree that had grown over the highest point of our 2-story roof, and Sean's crew skillfully removed them without damage to our house. I must also mention that his work is more than just butchering plants with a chainsaw. His crew reshaped my trees and they now look fantastic. So there is a strong artful presence to the tree trimming procedure which is difficult to describe - but you will know it when you see it. The remainder of the work was completed with all rubbish removed. I noticed that even a few weeds were pulled from under some low growing Pines which indicates an eye for detail. The stumps of two overgrown bushes were ground down and mulched; ready for new plantings. Oddly - there is nothing 'negative' I can think of that I'd like to see improved. This completed job was a pleasant surprise - 100% perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Tree Service to all my neighbors.

I highly recommend this company. Sean was responsive to phone calls and provided a quick estimate and timeframe to complete the work. He gave me options since I was unsure how much work I was going to do. The staff arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was complete. This included a last minute addition that I had not previously relayed to them. It is great to know that businesses still exist that do what they say, when they say it and do not find unexpected costs or add ons. I not only will recommend this company but have recommended them to three neighbors who called or stopped by to compliment the work even before it was complete. Will definitely use again if needed.

Called Sean on a Sunday. He returned call same day. Promised someone would come out next day which they did. I was amazed they did the work on their day off. Removed tree and cleaned up mess. Very happy with this company.

They arrived before the scheduled start time; they worked diligently and methodically the entire time they were on the property; cleaned up after the work was done, not a twig was left behind. The crew did a terrific job, were very polite and was willing to answer my questions. The co-owner that performed the initial bid, called me twice during the day to make sure things were going smoothly. I would be happy to recommend them to family and friends.

I was thoroughly impressed with this provider. Sean came out the day after I called him to give me an estimate on having four trees removed from our yard. He was confident his team could handle the job easily and quickly. After meeting with him, we went ahead and received another bid from a different provider and Affordable was several hundred dollars less than the competition. When we called Affordable back to book his service, he estimated that it might take about two weeks before his team was available. THE NEXT DAY we received a call that they would be out there the following day to perform the work. We were stunned and super excited about the quick turnaround. In addition, his tree removal team worked efficiently and had all four trees down and hauled away within 2 hours. No mess was left. This was a FANTASTIC experience.

His crew headed by Romon arrived on time to do the outlined work. They were very impressive on the quality and professionalism of their work. It was a hot morning and they did an excellent job trimming, bushes and trees. They removed two sections of a river birch tree. The yard was left perfectly clean when work was completed. I would very much recommend his service to my neigbors and friends.

Excellent customer service, very affordable pricing and professional work from start to followup call. The crew worked hard and did an amazing job, since these trees were very close to the house, I had concern. But they dismantle the trees quickly using a pulley system and the ground crew cleaned up the yard very well. I will definitely be calling them again for any tree services we need.

I was very happy with the work. Sean came out the very next day I called to give me a bid. He was very professional, gave me a great price and told me up front that it would be a couple of weeks before he could come out. He called as promised and said his crew would be out the next day. They were very friendly, professional and did a great job. My dogwood looks great and they cleaned up everything, even the chips from the stump removal.
