Made an emergency call to Kris a few weeks ago because our sump pump went out, which led to an inch or so of water on our entire basement floor, half of which was finished. This was in the middle of weeks of rain we had been having. He and his crew showed up within a couple hours with a new sump pump, which they installed immediately. Then they worked for the next 8-10 hours ripping up carpet, drying floors, moving furniture, etc. They left very late at night with nine huge fans continuing the drying process. His team was very professional and friendly, even though many skipped dinner to help with this mess. A few days later they picked up their equipment and assisted with our insurance claim. Everything was taken care of as we'd hoped and expected. I took a guess at the cost, as our insurance paid him directly.

They worked with the roof repair company to coordinate the repairs since I live out of the area. Everything was completed far more quickly then I had hoped. I assumed there would be some time between one repair and the next and there wasn’t. That was an unbelievable surprise!

Kris came to do the estimate (which was based on the claim from our insurance company) and described in detail the work they would do to remediate the mold, The were able to schedule us for the following week. An employee came the day we had scheduled, sealed off the room from the house, removed the ceiling, cleaned, and hepa vacuumed the entire room. Kris came by near the end of the appointment to check the work and talk to me in case i had any questions or concerns. They were very easy to work with and did a great job.
