Excellent work. Team called ahead before arriving and was very prompt. House looks great! Would highly recommend and I will definitely use them in the future.

Firstly, the coupon ordering process on Angie's really shouldn't offer you inputs for scheduling preferences... the choices were totally disconnected from what was actually available. So, we had to coordinate with Herb regardless... If I'm gonna have to talk with someone for scheduling anyway Angie, why offer me the choices? Anyhoo.. once we squared away the detailed date with Herb (and it was out in the future 2 weeks), we didn't hear from them again until the crew arrived at the front door on the scheduled date and time - they were prompt and ready to go. Did a quick walk around to discuss what would be done and for them to point out and take pictures of anything which might pose an issue or not get as clean as I might want/wish/hope... The crew was careful around all the landscape solar lights, stepstones, shrubbery, roof levels, etc. They were very efficient and got the job done in almost exactly 2 hours as they said they would. They pointed out some of the problem areas on gutters/downspouts that just wouldn't get fully clean but all looked good overall. The only problem area I found after they left were the window frames found around the front door. These still had quite a bit of mildew remaining that we removed quite easily with a bottle of diluted spray bleach and a light scrubbing. Not a big deal and guess it was easily overlooked as they were moving through everywhere... though, I would offer a tip that the biggest area for their true attention to detail should be around a home front entrance since that's where visitors come and I paid the most scrutiny of results since I know it's what most people will see and remember when they come visit our home. Regardless, I would recommend these guys and will use them again with or without a special Big Deal coupon. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves quite nicely and the exterior looks as fabulously clean as a 19-year old vinyl sided home can.

The team was fantastic. They were courteous, careful, moved all of our outdoor furniture, rugs, and decor before washing, carefully scrubbed, pre-washed, and washed every inch of the house. They did a final walk through with us to ensure our satisfaction. This company does quality and careful work!! A+ in my opinion!

We were very pleased with all aspects of the job (scheduling, estimate, professionalism, and the attention to detail by the technicians).

Roger and assistant arrived on time as scheduled. After an inspection of the exterior, he and his helper set up their equipment and did an excellent job in cleaning the house with the power washer as well as hand scrubbing the gutters, and other painted surfaces as needed. This is the second time I have used Adams and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Overall, I was very happy. It only took them about 40 minutes so I do think $275 is a little steep for less than an hour of work. However, the two people they sent out were very nice and professional. I would use them again because they did a very good job.

This company is exemplary! They arrived on time but couldn't get to our whole house b/c we forgot to move cars out of driveway wick blocked the garage and part of second story. They called- waited 15 minutes for us to get home & move cars-then preceded to clean the house with a smile. Even though we put them behind schedule they still did the job without rescheduling us! The whole 2 stories of the back side of our house was grey- as the white siding was all dotted with mold and dirty from storms and dirty from wind and daily weather. Not only did they clean all the sides of the house, but they cleaned our large covered front porch, front door, and walls of house under the porch. I was do pleased to see they even cleaned the ceiling of the covered porch and all the railings, even in between every bar. As if my entire house and front porch being turned from moldy spotted gray to its original cleaning white want enough, they even hand spotted my two white wooden chairs and table that sit on the front porch! What an amazing thing fit then to go above and beyond to do that, as it wasn't part of the package. I would hire this company again and again, and even refer them to family & friends (I really do this add I.have very high standards & expectations). The $275 paid for the deal was a great deal for the quality work received. At this price, I would consider having this service on a maintenance schedule rather than waiting 7 years to have these good folks give our house its first cleaning since it was built. WONDERFUL!! From the scheduling with Mary to the entire power washing experience with Roger everything was great!! He even pointed out mold by my front door that I hadn't noticed. I have 2 large dogs that make a mess on my vinyl deck and he got all of the stains out!! I have used Adam's Power Shower for years and I will always return to them for all my power washing needs!

The entire job went very well and I would highly recommend Adams Power and will use them again in the future. I had gotten a couple of bids to power wash the house and deck and then to stain the deck. Adams was very competitive of what I saw on the market. Not the cheapest bid, but the quality of service and the reputation of the company was worth the extra funds. Adams Power was quick to respond to my inquiry for work. We agreed on the work and the price and they scheduled me for a date in the future. Obviously, with spring, comes rain, and Adams Power kept me informed on changes in the schedule. I talked personally with the owner, Herb, a few times, as I was looking for some concrete work sealing, but that fell out of their expertise. Nice to see a company that knows their niche and doesn't try to take on additional work in which they cannot perform to their standards. Roger was their lead in performing the work at our home. He walked through the process with me, we walked the exterior of the home and deck. He asked me if there were any particular concerns before he started. The power washing of the house was perfect. You really don't think it is that bad until after it is cleaned...then WOW. I was most impressed with the quality of the work surrounding the deck. They not only power washed the deck, and cleaned all of the moss build up on the underside, but they also tightened any loose screws and lightly sanded the deck. It was pristine before they stained. The day they stained, they did a small area (4 x 4) and asked me to check the color to ensure it met my expectations. The end results are great. Adams Power was a great company to work with.

Very polite, did a fantastic job in the chilly rain, poor guys!!! In addition to having them power wash my house I had them do my deck as well. I am recommending them to my sister.

Adams Power Shower damaged our patio while performing power washing services, and the owner, Herbert Adams, acted in a completely unprofessional manner when we sent him an estimate to repair the damage. While performing power washing services at our house, Adams Power Shower caused the acrylic seal on our less than one-year old aggregate patio to be removed in spots. As a result, the patio finish is no longer uniform in color and now has numerous light, blotchy spots that mar the finish. We contacted the contractor who did the concrete work for the patio, and he provided an estimate of $600 to repair the bare spots on the patio. After we sent the estimate for repair to Adams Power Shower, I received a phone call from Herbert Adams after 9:30 pm. Mr. Adams was rude and belligerent during the call. He accused our concrete contractor of doing a substandard job, even though Adams had not been to our property and had not yet seen the damage. The following day, when he came to our house to look at the patio, and he again was rude and unprofessional. He called my husband a "liar" and demanded that he take a lie detector test. He told my husband that "we were trying to get something for nothing." He also threatened to place an improper lien on our home, even though we paid his company in full, in cash, at the time of service. In short, Adams Power Shower did a substandard job, damages our almost new patio, and then acted in a completely unprofessional manner.

MIKE AND MIKE DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. BRICK EVEN LOOKED BETTER BESIDE THE SIDING AND FENCE. I HAVE A VERY CRITICAL EYE AND COULD FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THE HOUSE AND FENCE LOOK GREAT. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THANKS GUYS. YOU ARE DEFINITELY KEEPERS. TOBY SCHUMAN

I bought a Deal on Angies List for Adams Power Wash. The service was scheduled to begin between 3 or 4 pm about two weeks later. I waited around that afternoon for the workers to arrive. They called a little after 5 pm and said they were running late but were almost done with their current job, about 30 minutes more and not very far away. I continued to wait. It was now after 6 pm and no workers yet. It was getting late in the day to start an outdoor job. I called Adams Power Wash and told them that their crew had not shown up. I was concerned that it was too late in the day so we should reschedule. I was advised that they could still accomplish the job that day and he would contact the crew to find out their status. I continued waiting. The crew arrived about 6:40 pm and started to work. They finished about 8:15 pm, after sunset with the light quickly fading. The siding was cleaned well but they started very late and finished in poor light. My evening was disrupted along with my dinner. There are many companies that do power washing. I will try someone else next time.

They were delightful to work with, and I decided as soon as it dries out I'll have them come out and spray clean it. They made you want to call back.

Was very happy with the service provided. We initially were only going to do the house that was part of a advertised special, but we were able to negotiate the deck and concrete at a reasonable price. The work was done promptly and we were pleased with the professionalism they showed.

I was informed that my house would be washed on 3/24 in the afternoon. It was lightly raining on this day and the temp was about 45, so I did not expect this work to be completed as scheduled; however, I received a call that he was running a little late and would still complete the job. I arrived home that evening to find the house sparkling with a slight odor of bleach--that clean bleach- odor! I could not have been more pleased. The spots (possibly black mold) on the gutters and vinyl siding were all gone, including a spot on the garage door (grease or oil). I thought the columns on my house would have to be painted or replaced, but not necessary after the wash. I will leave Herb's sign in my yard advertising his work for a while as I am so please with the outcome. Thank you Herb, you were right about your comment; I am very pleased!

It was very good. Everything worked fine. They're very professional in scheduling appointments. It was okay. We didn't spend an additional.

Showed up on time and cleaned siding, soffits', and gutters. Everything looks great.

Herb returned my phone call immediately, and set up an appointment to power wash my house. He was polite and interested in working within my timeframe. Herb stayed in close contact with me, even calling to notify me it would likely be raining when he was scheduled to perform the work, and we agreed to a time later in the day to avoid the rain. Roger arrived promptly (after updating me with his estimated time of arrival), and we talked about what I wanted done. Roger noticed some additional areas needing attention, and proceeded to move heavy flower pots and provide towels for around my front door (to catch any seeping water). He was friendly, polite and very eager to exceed my expectations. The end result was a sparkling clean porch surround and stone archways. Roger cleaned other areas he noticed as he was working and did not change his price for the additional work. He put everything back, and offered to wash a doormat (after he had put everything back on his truck). He went above and beyond and the results are beautiful I am very pleased with Adams Power Shower and with Roger and Herb. I will definitely use them again the the future!

We closed on our house in September and moved in early October. The house's white vinyl siding was quite dirty with a really large spot on the front under the picture window. I couldn't believe they were able to get that spot out! The house looks fantastic and they really did a great job on all of it.
