Did a great job - house is sparkling white again - mold and mildew gone

I had a question for Herb on a specific retaining wall I needed help with. It was some calcium deposits on a retaining wall. He asked questions and concluded that one of his competitors had different equip. I was surprised on the questions and detail he got into over the phone and then went as far to recommend someone else. Unheard of these days. Next time I need home power washed - he is my FIRST call! Very professional.

Our experience with Adams Power Shower was excellent. They are professional, and courteous. They exceeded our expectations.

I called Herb about power washing my daughter's house. He was quickly able to give me a price that I thought was fair based on my previous experience, and even better, able to schedule the job for the next afternoon. Roger and Dave arrived as planned, and did a superb job. They were very meticulous about their work, and managed to get not only the siding looking great, but also the gutters and fascia, which were very dirty so I didn't expect miracles, But they came out looking much better than I anticipated, and my daughter was more than happy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, which I will on my house in the not too distant future.

Herb was quick to respond to pricing/timing inquiry. I reached out on Thursday and he was able to have a team at our house that Saturday to perform the work. Roger & Dave called ahead and arrived at the time we were expecting. The house looks great!

Roger & BJ showed up on time. We took a walk around to discuss the job. Then they got to work. They did a great job. The house and garage look great. I highly recommend them, and Adams Power Shower.

The main job I hired them for they were very effective. They said they were going to power wash the walk way (the driveway was included in the price and it didn't need washing so he offered to do the side walk). They may have (it is really old and stained) but I couldn't tell any difference. And they didn't mentioned whether they did and it just didn't make a difference or whether they just forgot. Like I said, the important part they did well so I will probably use them again.

I received a price for the job that I needed done, 1700 sq feet of concrete cleaned and sealed. I spoke to the owner who told me he would be out to do the job the next week. That was well over a month ago and I never heard another word from anyone from this company. I had them clean the outside of my house last year and was pleased with their work, in fact we left a good review. That is the reason I called them again for this job. I can't understand, not even a phone call.

Mike & Mike did a great job. On time arrival. Did a walk around before and after the job and provided tips on other possible outside house repairs that might be needed. Did a little extra on seed collected in roof crease.

They came earlier than the appointment time, which I very much appreciate. Mike introduced himself and explained the work they would do and also said that there may be some stains that would not come off. He and the crew did an excellent job. We were very happy with the results. I will call them again in the future.

Was a great experience completed for the quoted price! This is the third time we've used Adams Power Shower in the past 10-12 years and it was even better than the previous times. The two very pleasant, knowledgeable, neatly dressed men arrived at the scheduled time, and immediately went about assessing what needed to be done, The house demanded more to clean in some places than was anticipated and the house as well as the deck floor required a germicide treatment to remove mold. The job was completed very thoroughly (so much so that our neighbor asked for Adams' number) and they cleaned up the area before leaving.

I'll certainly be using them again in the future.Mike and Mike did the work and explained the process and the cleaning agents they were using on the siding. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that came off the house. Mike even scrubed the front gutters clean as a Angie bonus.

They got the house nice and clean. The gutters had pretty bad mildew and they got them spotless.

Cleaned the siding and soffits and removed nearly all the visible dirt. Excellent value and will be using again.

Adams did a good job on our home last summer so I called them back this year to do the same power wash on the house. I talked to the owner who pulled up my file and gave me a quote. I agreed to the price and we scheduled the job to be completed within a couple of weeks to accommodate a birthday event we were having at the house. The crew showed up late and then said they did not have the right size ladders and personnel to do the job that day. This was very frustrating since they had done the house within the last year and was familiar with the property and scope of the job. They said they would call me back that night to reschedule the job as soon as they could confirm availability of the crew. I received a call late that night from one of the crew members stating they could not do the job for the price quoted by the owner, and started suggesting there are other companies that are cheaper. I was totally appalled by this response especially since the event was only days away. I asked how much more did they want to charge and was quoted a price that was double the original quote given. I was told the owner would contact me the following day. . .he never called back. It occured to me that they had no intention of doing the job when they showed up the first time. In the end this was a big waste of time and disregard for business integrity and professionalism. This was one of the worst experiences I've had from a service provider and not what I would expect from any business, especially a veteran owned business.

They did a very good job. Due to a misunderstanding, they left one small wall (back of a three-season room) undone. They came back in a couple weeks and took care of it. Nice guys (Mike and Mike), too.

We were seeing black spots starting to form on our vinal siding. Lack of sun in that area. It had been two years since we last had it done. We called and Herb set us up with an appointment for the next week. They showed up exactly when they said they would and went right to work. One and a half hours later they were driving away. We would highly recommend them for any power washing needs. Very nice people.

The Adams Power Shower guys--Mike and Mike--arrived early since they were already in the neighborhood. Because I work from home, that was not ideal (thus the punctuality ding), but we made it work. They reviewed the full job with me before starting, as I had purchased an Angie's List deal that did not cover all I wanted done. They estimated the extra work on the spot, and also helped set my expectations about stains that might not come off in the cleaning process, and what areas would need a 'deep cleaning' to really do the job. They made it clear they wanted me to be happy with the work. Finally, they covered potential problem areas (we agreed not to wash the patio ceiling fans) and then got to work. Our house offered some challenges, as we have a lot of sycamore trees that drop fuzzy seeds that stick to the house in clumps, and the spiders have been very busy this summer as well. When Mike and Mike finished, the house looked terrific. They were very conscientious about the quality of their work, and walked me around to show the results. I would recommend Adams Power Shower, and will probably call them again this time next year.

A team of two guys both named Mike arrived as scheduled for a 9 AM power wash on August 19, 2015 and they were finished by about 10:30 AM. This home had not been washed for many years and there was lots of mildew and green stuff appearing on the aluminum siding and the painted wood trim, soffits, and fascia, and gutters. Also there was lots of loose and peeling paint on the wood surfaces (garage door, window and door frames). The Mikes first did a walk around of the property and explained the process that they would be using and made sure that windows were closed and secure. After that, one Mike worked on the garage side and the back side of the house, while the other Mike washed the far side and the front side and front porch. This service was everything we had hoped for -- the house is clean and sparkling white and ready for the painter to come next week to paint the wood surfaces. The two Mikes were courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, and proficient in the use of the power washing equipment. They were careful of the plants and shrubbery and we will definitely ask for this team for our next house wash and we won't wait so long. Thank you guys for excellent service.

This company truly exceeded my expectations when power washing my house, not only in the cleaning but the care they took not to damage plants around the house. My house had not been cleaned in years and I never imagined they could get the stains off the gutters and siding, GREAT JOB. After they finished, they called to tell explain what they had done and why. Very professional and definitely will use them again.

Two individuals from Adams showed up. They were punctual and the lead person was articulate and caring (the second person was quite industrious and got right to work). There were a couple areas I asked for extra attention and they were happy to accommodate. I also asked to have a siding panel at the top of the house realigned and a small piece of weather stripping at the top of the house removed and both were done as asked. They also paid attention to details, for example shining the brass handle on our front door, without asking. Our home is 2,750 square feet so the cost was a little more than the basic amount. We walked around the house when they arrived and before they started the work, with the Adams team pointing out a few helpful items on our home. The Company was a pleasure to deal with and I will use them again.

Mike, Mike and Brett arrived on time and very efficiently removed the accumulated mildew and dirt from the siding.

Very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and how the results would turn out. All grass and plants next to the house were sprayed with water first to protect them from the cleaning solution. There were two guys and the were in and out in about two hours. The results were amazing compared to what we had tried to do ourselves over the years. Not to mention the amount of time it would take us compared to them. Surprisingly, our gutters came pretty clean as well. We would highly recommend the two Mike's that came out.
