Service provider was thorough and friendly. He first measured rooms to be done, and gave quote before work was started. The price (including protective product) was very reasonable. The carpets were professionally vacuumed before cleaning, and the work was done in a competent, expeditious manner. We are very happy with the result and will both use ABC Chem Dry and recommend their services to others.

We use our carpet cleaning company on a regular basis, once or twice a year. We have used them for 10 years or longer.

They were off the charts great but we have taken all the carpeting out of her house because we have dogs. They were so great and we had the same guy all the time, they were awesome.

Only complaint is that I had 3 rooms that were over the size limit so they were counted as 2 rooms each =6 rooms, (maybe 4 1/2 or 5 rooms, but not 6). They did accept a fellow franchisee's coupon ($20 off their orig quote). Also their should be some sort of small discount for not having to move a single piece of furniture. Great job, some stains just would not come out, but overall, happy that we are moving into a clean house. Will use again to clean our old house.

ABC Chem Dry has an application that dry cleans your carpet. It was all dry within 3 hours so I could put the furniture back.

All turned out OK. I choose this product because it was a fast dry and we have cats and dogs and furthermore a quick dry product will stay cleaner longer.

I don't feel like the job they did was as good as it could have been. I would probably use them again in the future, but not on things that are heavily soiled. They were timely and responsive when communicating with us.

I am always pleased with house the carpet looks, feels, and smells after they are finished with cleaning it. Hiring them to clean carpet helps extend the life of it. They are always very neat and courteous when they are working in my home. I would gladly refer them to others.

They came on time, they were polite and professional and did exactly what they said they would do. We had 2 rooms cleaned and Scotchguarded.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER CAME OUT, AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE FIRST, AND THE ESTIMATE WAS THE EXACT PRICE WE PAID TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE HAD WAS THE TECH VACUUMED THE FIRST ROOM, AND HIS VACUUM WAS VERY DUSTY, HE SAID THE BAG NEEDED TO BE CHANGED, BUT HE DIDN'T CHANGE IT. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

ABC CHEMDRY WAS ON TIME AND RETURNED ALL PHONE CALLS. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING. THEY HELPED MOVE THINGS I COULD NOT MOVE MYSELF. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
