The trees and plants looked great, as did the lighting. However, the wiring job on the lighting was left very sloppy where it connects to the house -- jumbled wires sticking out from the house and exposed wires on the ground. I subsequently discovered (in part aided by my dog's digging, which of course I do not blame on Meyer Landscaping) that the wires had been buried only 2-3 inches deep in the yard, and sometimes even less than that. I reported the issue to them, and they responded that the would send someone over to remedy the situation. However, week after week went by, and they never sent anyone. I politely followed up and kept promising to get to it. However, they never sent anyone and then they stopped responding. Of course, I already paid them in full for the work. So now I also have to hire someone else to fix the issues with Meyer Landscaping's work. I suspect that my $3,700 job is small potatoes for them, so it's not worth their time, but it's a significant amount for me. I would also add that they are not the most responsive in general, which may also be because my job is small. I dealt with Charles, who I found to be very professional and polite. That makes it all the more disappointing that they didn't stand behind their work after I paid them.

They are excellent at any type of drainage work. We've used them twice for big projects and they've been very reliable and do a very good job.

It was significant work and the work they did was just incredible. $2,500 was right where other companies quoted me at, but they were able to do the work and keep my lawn looking the same in the end which is why we chose them. We received some outrageous concepts to fix the problem from other companies. Everyone at Meyer was very courteous and got the work done in less than 2 days. I haven't had a drip of water in my basement since they completed the work!
