They did an excellent job for us. The job looked good and we have not had any leaks. They cleaned up everything and they protected my yard and shrubs while they worked. They were very dependable and prompt.

They were supposed to call to set a time for replacement, but they didn't. They didn't clean up very well after themselves and we spent a week checking our driveway for nails they left. The corner of the gutters leaked and I called them several times about it, but couldn't get them to fix it. When I received an overdue bill (I wouldn't pay until it was fixed) with an interest charge, I called them furious and they finally (three months after the original work) they came to fix the leak.

Excellent. They were prompt and easy to work with. They left no mess. I would be happy to use them again.

I was impressed by him and I have no complaints. His prices were fair compared to other companies.

Excellent. The roofing company was behind schedule because of days and days of rain. But they were over with a free estimate within a week and a half. Ryan came by 4 days later and completed the repair. I was very glad to get this done so quickly. Ryan is personable, punctual and efficient.

They did come out quickly to offer an estimate of the work and confirm that it should not wait. Our quotes went from $480 -$1500 and they were right in the middle. We could not find out any information about the lowest bidding company so went with them as they did very satisfactory work previously for us. Since this was on the chimney of a 2 story house we can't get up there to see how well they did but have a one year warranty for the work. They were on time and cleaned up well after their work. Our past experience with them would lead us to believe that they will repair any problems we have, at least for this first year.

The estimator came out, I described the work, and he said he would get back to me that by the end of that week. It's been over four weeks and still have not heard a response.

HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $75 FOR A TRIP WHEN THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I REFUSED TO PAY AND HE LEFT WITHOUT INCIDENT, BUT I WAS STILL UPSET AT THE EVENT.

TUCKPOINTING WAS DONE CORRECT - BUT MISSED SEVERAL SPOTS THAT HOMEOWNER FILLED IN WITH CAULK TO PREVENT WATER LEAKS. STUCCO WORK GOOD. CLEANED UP WELL. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. DIDN'T KNOW WHEN CONTRACTOR WAS GOING TO SHOW UP. REPLACED DOWNSPOUT ON FRONT OF HOUSE WITH WRONG TYPE (TOOK CREDIT INSTEAD OF REPLACEMENT).

THE PRICE WAS SATISFACTORY AFTER THE WINTER, I CAN JUDGE HOW WELL THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE.

THE WORKER WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND GAVE US THE LOWEST BID FOR THE JOB. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY.

RYAN CARRON HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE TO KEEP CALLING TO REMIND HIM THAT THE WORK HAS NOT YET BEEN DONE. WORKERS DID NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. NOT SURE ALL SPOKE ENGLISH. MORTAR DID NOT MATCH WHAT WAS THERE, INSERTED (TAN) MORTAR OVER GRAY. WAS GIVEN DISCOUNT DUE TO MISMATCHED MORTAR.

THEY PRICED THE JOB FAIRLY FOR ABOUT 350 LINEAR FEET OF GUTTER COVERS. THEY PROMISED A START DATE, AND THEN PUT OFF THE START DATE THREE TIMES, EVENTUALLY DOING THE WORK ALMOST FOUR WEEKS AFTER ORIGINALLY PROMISED. THE PRODUCT SEEMS GOOD AND THEY PROVIDE A VERY GOOD GUARANTEE. PROBABLY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, DEPENDING ON HOW RESPONSIVE THEY ARE TO ANY SERVICE CALLS.

TERRIFIC. RYAN KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON, WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHEN HE DID IT.

THE BID WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT THE COMPANY SEEMED PROFESSIONAL AT FIRST. AFTER THEY REMOVED THE OLD ROOF, THE ROOFER SIMPLY REINSTALLED THE NEW ROOF OVER THE ROTTEN/DAMAGED FACIA AND ROTTEN ROOF RAFTERS. COMPANY CAME BACK OUT TO FIX AND ONLY REPLACED WOOD THAT THEY COULD REACH UNDER THE FACIA. THE GUY WHO MADE THE ORIGINAL BID DID NOT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AND THE COMPANY SIMPLY TRIED TO DO A CHEAP FIX ON THE PROBLEM OF THE REMAINING ROTTEN WOOD. WANTED THEM TO START OVER FROM SCRATCH AND DO IT RIGHT, BUT THEY WOULD NOT. ALSO, THEIR NEW ROOF LEAKED TWICE AFTER THEY PUT IT ON. THEY DID COME BACK TO FIX BOTH TIMES BUT WE HAD DAMAGE TO THE NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS THAT HAD JUST BEEN INSTALLED.

TIM WAS COURTEOUS AND EASY TO GET HOLD OFF. HIS BID WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT I WAS MOST COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT HE DESCRIBED THE WORK TO BE. HE DID COMPLETE THE WORK IN A REASONABLE TIME. ALSO HELPFUL IN PROVIDING SUGGESTIONS. HE HAD TO COME BACK TO SEAL THE WALL, WHICH HE DID - ALTHOUGH I HAD TO CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT. HE SEEMS TO BE BUSY AND HAS A LOT ON HIS PLATE. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD.

GREAT FOLLOW UP AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.

THE CO. WAS PROMPT & EFFICIENT AT PROVIDING ESTIMATES. WE WERE PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE DID NOT CHOOSE BEAL FOR THIS JOB ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE; SINCE WE HAD MAJOR REPAIRS IN MANY AREAS ABOUT THE HOME BEING CONTRACTED. FINALLY DECIDED IT WAS EFFICIENT TO LET ONE COMPANY DO IT ALL. BEAL'S BID WAS DEFINITELY IN LINE WITH THE MARKET. I HAVE REFERRED THEIR COMPANY. I WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY GAVE A FAIR WRITTEN ESTIMATE, CAME OUT EXACTLY ON TIME AND ON THE DATE PROMISED, AND PERFORMED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND WELL.

DARYL BEHLMANN, WHO WAS THE PRIVATE SUB-CONTRACTOR FOR THE JOB, ALWAYS ARRIVED EXACTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME. HIS WORKERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AND HE EVEN CUT OFF SOME OVER-HANGING BOUGHS AND REPLACED THE GUTTER COVERS WITH NEW ONES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

THE CREW SPOKE NO ENGLISH AND THE FOREMAN BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH. MY FLOWER BEDS WERE DESTROYED AND THE ROOFING MATERIAL GOT INTO MY AIR CONDITIONERS COMPRESSOR. THE JOB SITE WASN'T LEFT CLEAN EVEN AFTER SOME OF THE CREW CAME BACK TO CLEAN UP WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE LEAVING THE JOB SITE. MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL MAKE PROMISES THEY DON'T OR CAN'T KEEP AND THE OWNER LIES TO YOU WHEN HE DECIDES TO FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AT ALL. ALL IN ALL THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR GIVE IT A GOOD RECOMMENDATION TO ANYONE.
