Looking For A Roofing Company in St. Louis, MO? For three generations our family has been in the building and roofing contractor business. My grandfather helped engineer and build portable bridges for the U.S. Army in Europe during World War II. In 1947 he used this incomparable experience to start his own business. My dad followed in his footsteps, and I have been doing it my whole life. Still waiting for repairs
Description of Work: We had a roof put on in November. The workers did a bad job. Damaged newer siding from cutting for flashing. Ridge caps put on backwards.sky lights damaged. I called office, left message, after 2 weeks called back. Waiting for them to fix repairs. Then I get call from them threatening me. I told them to fix are they due not get final payment. Still waiting for repairs to be done. It's February. Will not pay till repairs are done. Due not use this company.

Description of Work: The roofers had women visiting them during the day. i don't know why. I got home from work one day after 4 and they had left a mess all over the yard and house. I called and they came back to clean up, explaining that they had stopped for lunch. A portion of my roof is flat and they did an unacceptable job. They had to come back to tear it off and do it over, but they waited over two weeks and it rained during that time and there was leakage and water damage inside the house. I am generously giving them a C because after all was said and done, the roof looks great. Whether of not it will stand the test of winter rains, remains to be seen.

f for Failure!
Description of Work: We used their services to fix something on our roof a couple of years ago and they were excellent, so a few months ago we needed roof work done on the over hang over the front porch. We called and they had someone call and set up an appointment and the day they were suppose to come out to our home they called us to reschedule for the following Saturday at approximately 11:00 am. So Saturday comes and it is now 1:00 and no show. My husband called him and he sounded like he just got up and was not very nice. We told him not to come. We then called the original person from a few years ago and he told us he did not do what we needed but would get someone to call us. we never received another call! I thought John Beal was a very professional company but now I do not!

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment with the inspectors and left work early to meet them only to find out they would not make the appointment for higher priority. Customer service was seriously lacking. If they can't make an appointment, I can't trust them to put a roof on my housel

They were excellent.
Description of Work: We had some roof work done. They repaired the transition between where roof line runs into the side of the house; I have a two-story house. There were some issues with water leaking. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it.
