Classic Kitchen Refacing

Salesman/Owner showed up on time and was very professional. We had other work being done at our home at the time and it was really loud. The estimation effort appeared to be very thorough taking measurements and doing sketches of what we were looking to have done. The salesman/owner left saying he would provide estimate in a week's time. Two weeks later, we still did not have an estimate and contacted them again. They apologized, did not understand why we had not received the estimate. They stated they had been busy and would get it to us in the next few days. It has been an additional four weeks and we have not heard from them or received an estimate. I do not like to give bad reviews for work not being done, but we never even got an opportunity to turn them down.
