Scheduled appointed within same week of call. Work was to clean all windows which I thought included screens but that was not covered in quote. Company could have offered to clean them for an additional charge of which I would have paid but no such offer was made. Owner arrived with 3 other staff members ready to work including all materials. Actual price was less than quoted because of window types. Workers completed cleaning quickly and were done in 75 minutes. Asked for quote on leaking gutter and agreed to price. Company to come back following Saturday to fix. After leaving site from window cleaning, I found several windows that weren't cleaned or weren't cleaned well. Windows going up stairs weren't done to satisfaction as company forgot ladder attachment so had to clean them via secondary method. Call immediately to owner's cell phone but it was a couple days before he returned my call.No one showed up for scheduled Saturday appointment but did arrive on Monday to fix gutter and clean windows. Windows were cleaned and gutter repaired but noticed it still leaked after the next rain. Company also left part of their ladder behind which required I call them to retrieve it. I found the owner to be a very nice and personable as well as offering services at a fair price. Unfortunately, the quality of the work suffered to a degree that I will not use them for future work.

Matt showed up on time as promised, worked diligently, and comnpleted the work to our complete satisfaction. Vey courteous and careful (particularly careful with our plants).
