Johnathon and Demetrious K were my movers and they did not disappoint…they were kind, efficient, prompt and went above and beyond with something I needed help with that I had forgotten needed moved…I was so impressed with this company from the day I called to schedule to the day my move was complete…they have great customer service and I was very pleased with their prices. I will recommend Arch Moving to anyone and will use them again in the future.

These guys are fantastic! Jonah and Marcel were extremely friendly and polite - I was 100% comfortable with them working in my home. They were communicative throughout the job, and got it done quickly, even on a rainy day. My belongings arrived safe and clean without so much as a scuff on the walls or floors at either house.

We had a great experience with Arch Moving on October 31! Driver Mark and Rider Chris were on time and ready to roll with a smile on their faces. They unloaded our rental truck, handling our furniture and boxes with care and efficiency. Great communication and were friendly, asking questions to clarify where we wanted things. Pricing was exactly as it as explained to us on booking. We would use them again without hesitation!

Quentin and Kajunm did a great job with moving all our heavy furniture out to our garage in preparation for a flooring job this week. They took great care to make sure none of our furniture or walls were damaged and they helped us arrange it so everything would fit in one car stall of our garage. We will be using Arch again in 2 weeks to move it all back and we know we'll be in good hands!

Jonathan, Chris and Malik were excellent! Their attitudes were positive and they were quick moving. They just stopped for lunch during the ride to the next house. They were very friendly, cracking jokes and great to be around. The price was really reasonable too. I would definitely hire again!

I used Arch City for my last minute move and I can’t recommend them enough. They were prompt, friendly, and affordable. Deontae and Kajuan were my movers, and they were beyond excellent. Fast, efficient, and hilarious. 10/10 highly recommend!

Crew was supposed to be 3, but due to a family emergency, only 2 came (they adjusted the fee accordingly). One of them lost their phone so that delayed the start for more than an hour. But... Once they got started, they did a great job. They didn't dally, worked hard and were courteous. Over all, this move went more smoothly than any other move I've had, and cost me the least because of how quickly they worked. Before the move, staff was responsive, sent me reminder texts and kept me informed of any changes. Definitely would recommend.

Aaron B and Travis H from Arch Moving company in Bridgton, Missouri did a terrific job on a 90 degree day! They were professional, respectful and worked at a good pace. They communicated well and arrived within the time range they gave us. They handled our items with care and went carefully through tight doorways. They worked well together and worked independently well at times also. The job took about four hours in the heat. We gave them lots of water which they appreciated and their stamina was very good.

Holy cow! These guys were awesome! Daniel, Matt, and Anthony J were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and hard-working. They treated our furniture and boxes as if they were their own, and knew exactly how to arrange things to maximize the space in the truck. They worked non-stop from the moment they arrived until the job was done. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone in need of some movers!

Perfect...on time and professional.

Making a reservation for my move was very simple, and both the load team, headed up by Robert, and unload team, comprised of Cody and Rayshard, worked efficiently and effectively. There weren't any hidden costs, and when the job was complete, we only had two issues. Some plastic wrap had melted into the finish of our dining room set (we had stored our items overnight in St. Louis in the summer) and a small rip had occurred in one mattress. Arch Movers sent a furniture guy out within the week, and now our mattress is stitched up and our dining room set looks as good as it has looked in years. As far as getting all of our stuff from one house to the other at a fair price, without any headaches and in good shape, I don't know what more we could have asked for.

I didn't have a move done by this company because I was moving out of their service area; however, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. They directed me to places they thought could be of help. This is something rarely seen with a company and I suspect is representative of the service they provide.

I cannot express how professional and great this company As well as Robert and Charles were. Robert and Charles were so friendly and flexible from our very first interaction with them and they showed such great willingness in order to accommodate our needs. They executed the move perfectly, and with great care and they kept going and got everything finished in time. I would definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends and family!
