+ -1 moreWe recently sold our home in another state and wanted to quickly purchase a home in St. Albans area. We called the St Albans Realtor and made an appointment to see several houses. The agent previewed them with our daughter who asked lots of questions and got detailed responses from the agent. We flew to St Louis for three days in August and narrowed our search to two homes. We made an offer and finished negotiating a few days later. The agent, as a result of a detailed inspection, found vendors to repair the deficiencies identified. She also worked with the Title company and even met the car shipper to accept delivery of our car since we were in route to the St Louis area from the Deep South. They are a superb company that goes above and beyond to help their customer purchase a home. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 plus.
Description of Work: Can't say enough about the professionalism of this Real Estate company. They helped us to quickly locate and sign an offer on a house while vacationing. They worked overtime to answer all our questions, find qualified contractors to fix some issues identified in an inspection report. Went out of their way to secure us a P.O Box enabling us to get our utility services turned on. Very professional and honest.
