They were very knowledgeable. They were very familiar with the house, because they had done work for the previous owners. They gave me lots of suggestions about keeping the line clear. Plus their price was signifanlty less then we had paid in the past to other plumbers.

I contacted Scott's and left a message. About an hour later his wife, Kim, called me back and said she would put us on his list for the day. They take sewer work very seriously and try to get to people who have backup issues as quickly as possible. He and Kim showed up with their 6 year old grandson and went straight to work. Scott knew exactly what he needed to do, having worked at the house before, but I'm sure he has done this so much, he could be as confident in any situation. I had had another company try to clear the backup the day before but the line was too short (100 feet) and the equipment was not as high quality as Scott's Plumbing. I will call them each year to clear this root before it is an issue and also for household needs. They were very professional, using a hose to spray the sewage off the floor and down the drain before leaving. I recommend them highly.
