R & D CLEANING

It went well. The carpet in both rooms looks brand new. My husband was shocked when he came home. I highly recommend them.

Paul showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. He cleaned carpets in a living room, family room, two bed rooms, and stairs at a cost of $180. Happily, he was able to clean stains that we had not been able to remove with Resolve and a sponge or a hand-held spot cleaner. The whole process took about an hour and a half and both Paul and his partner were professional and courteous throughout. Great results at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use this service again if/when needed.

Randy called before the appointment time to confirm directions. He arrived on time with his partner. Randy looked at the carpet and told me that they were ready. He moved the furniture and he and his partner began cleaning our family room carpeting. Randy uses a hot water extraction system for cleaning the carpet. He pre-treated the carpet and began cleaning. They did an excellent job and were done in approximately 45 minutes. Our family room carpet looks excellent. I highly recommend R&D Cleaning.

First of all I contacted Angie's List to find a local vendor. Of course I first thought to Stanley Steamer (definite a victim of mass advertising). Well it works out there wasn't one in my area (thank God!). The reviews on AL were so positive for Rand D I decided to give them a call. From first contact my encounter couldn't have been more pleasant. I described the work to Randy, got a quote and scheduled a date all within a very pleasant conversation. They showed up at the appointed day and the appointed hour and started the work immediately and professionally. They were finished in less than hour and the results were far beyond my expectations. All in all the experience was very pleasant and professional. Would highly reccommend them to any and all.

They were wonderful! We moved the small stuff out of the way and they put foam blocks under the heavy stuff so the legs wouldn't get wet. They got ALL the stains out - carpets looked brand new! And they were fast - I think they were here just over an hour. Well worth the money - I will have them back soon to do the rest of the house.

From the first contact I made by phone through to the return trip to work on the one stain, service was excellent. Phone calls were returned promptly, and they arrived to do the work at the specified times. We are very, very pleased with how great our carpet looks!
