This lack of consistency and transparency is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any service provider. Despite my attempts to clarify these changes, I was met with evasive responses rather than clear, concrete answers. Moreover, the request to leave my credit card on file without a written contract detailing the terms and conditions was highly concerning. It is standard business practice to provide written documentation to clients to ensure mutual understanding and agreement. Maedgen's Lawn Care failed to uphold this basic professional standard, further eroding my trust in their services. Upon inquiring about the unreported changes in pricing, I received the following notification: ##Break## Hello, I hope this message finds you well. At Maedgen's Lawn Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards for our valued clients. It is with sincere regret that I must inform you that we will no longer be able to provide lawn mowing services for your property, effective immediately. Recently we have completed a review of our workload and have come to realize that we are probably not the best match for your needs at this time. We will be unable to continue servicing your account. This decision has not been made lightly, and we understand the inconvenience it may cause. We deeply value the trust and confidence you have placed in Maedgen's Lawn Care, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause. It has been our pleasure to serve you and we genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ##BREAK## This abrupt termination of services, masked under a veneer of politeness, further exemplifies Maedgen's Lawn Care's lack of professionalism. The timing and manner of this notice suggest that it was a reaction to my inquiries about pricing rather than a genuine reassessment of their workload. In summary, Maedgen's Lawn Care has demonstrated a troubling pattern of fluctuating prices without proper documentation, unprofessional handling of client inquiries, and abrupt termination of services without valid justification. I strongly advise potential clients to be cautious and seek more reliable and transparent lawn care providers.

Essentially it started off well, got called for a phone interview, I was asked to come in and do some paperwork and a second interview, normally this means you’re on the path to getting hired... I was told the owner needed to do one final interview but was out for the day, though he had literally just been in the area of the office I was in. Cool no problem, here’s where it gets fun. I showed up to the interview, the shop was closed, I started calling/texting my POC and got nothing for three weeks. Finally got some crap about how they had been “really busy” and apologized (I don’t know anyone who’s so busy they can’t text or call back once in 3 weeks when I’m constantly hitting up their phone). Set up a follow up interview, got there and someone who didn’t work there was in the office, he told me that he was a family friend and he was just getting something out of the office and that he’d let them know I had been there but no one was there. Finally the last time I had any contact, they set up a final interview with the owner and guess what, NOBODY WAS AT THE OFFICE.... AGAIN. They haven’t responded since and I quit trying after that final blow off. Good luck if you’re trying to get on with them, as it seems they’re never in the office and can’t answer a phone.

They arrive, do their work & they gone VERY quickly. The job is done in a professional manner.

We have used them for 4 years, and we are very satisfied. They are very good. There is nothing that I dislike, I like them. They do treatments, but we don't use them for that. I think they are very reasonable. The quality is very good, and the responsiveness is very good. They are very punctual and very professional.

They are in and out, I cannot brag enough about them! Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are super professional and clean, as well as extraordinarily fast. He has a great team working for him. I no longer live in MO but I wish him all the best!

They provide different services for me. They charge me $30.00 a week. They've been wonderful and they show up every week and do a great job. They give a discount if you pay ahead of time. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
