Hartley's Climate Control,LLC

We called Hartley when our AC went out overnight. Everytime I called I had to leave a voice-mail. They did not show up when they had said that day, and when I called the next day, they again did a no call/no show. We were very upset as we had heard great things about Hartley from our friends.

Firstable, I want to say that when it comes to professionalism here it is. Every one is very courteous and respectful. Total detail attention from office to the personnel that install your system. Very affordable price. They even set my indoor unit in a better angle which gave me more space in the little room.

It went really well. They brought plenty of help and cleaned up extremely well after the installation. We had a slight issue with the system shortly after it was installed, and they came out the next day to fix the system. Very responsive.

Everything was installed in a timely manner. But they failed to check the new lines and connections ,Noticed a rotten smell in the house after they left. we questioned them if it could be a gas leak they said no. Two weeks later, when a different company came to fill our propane, they tested the line and called us to tell us we had a propane leak some where in the house.We called Hartley's and told them that there was a problem. They came out the next day and found that they had not connected fittings correctly. They fixed the problem. But in the course of 2 weeks we had 160 lbs of propane leak under our house. Mr Hartley Called me him self and offered to pay to replace all the missing propane . Everything is fixed running well.

professionally done in timely fashion....at first, thought cost was a little high but after research on refrigerant cost ... found the bill to be accurate and on the lower side of the cost per lb. of replacement refrigerant..... all other aspects were quite reasonable, with hourly rate at approx. 75.00 per hour....
