Description of Work: I have used Scott half a dozen times on different properties and he is always straightforward and professional. I know I can count on them. They have completely replumbed a rental property I had, fixed emergency leaks and even installed a yard hydrant for me at my own home.

Description of Work: Septic pump wasn't working. Called Flett Ent. and they sent a guy out who determined that the float on the pump had come off because the 'rod' that is connected to the float had rotted off. He rigged up a new piece and replaced the float and said it might work, give it a few days or a week and if it doesn't work call them back. Well it didn't work so they came back out and replace the old float with one off of a similar pump and said try that... well it didn't work. The third time out we just decided to replace with a new pump since other pump was 5 or 6 yrs old. The new pump is working with no problems.

 + -1 moreWe have been living in Rolla for quite some time, and have NEVER found anyone as good as these guys.
Description of Work: We had a horrendous sewage backup problem, filled the basement. They came out within the hour and used a sump pump to get the sewage out of the basement, fixed an upstairs pipe problem on the kitchen sink (while waiting for the basement to be emptied), then roto rooted the sewer line, opening it back up!
