+ -1 moreConor (owner) came and picked up my computer at my office and within 4 hours had diagnosed the problem (it had never actually been wiped clean; instead it had 3 layers of garbage one on top of another. Plus, all the drivers were from Windows 7, yet I had windows 10 installed). Conor wiped it clean and reinstalled windows, all the drivers, and microsoft office. He returned my computer to me in 2 days. Everything now works like a charm. Fast startup. Fast response time. No more need to reboot.
Description of Work: I have had my computer "wiped clean" 3 times by other area "professionals", but the problem remained and over time just kept getting worse. I was rebooting my computer 2-4 times per day and my response time was often slow.
