Sirb Electric installed a Generac backup generator system including automatic transfer switch, in one day. I was impressed with Paul's knowledge and the guys' expertise and professionalism on the job. Pricing was up front and reasonable. Would recommend and would hire again. Five stars!

Amazing! Paul was a true professional. Was quick to get back with me, to get an estimate, and was able to get out to do the job in a quick manner. Paul changed our fuse box over to circuit breaker box, put in GFCIs, and a couple new outlets. I would highly recommend!

Paul and his helper are great! A service upgrade is a two day process, and they have been very professional and punctual from start to finish! He was less inexpensive than the other guys as well. I purchased $38 whole house inspection. Vendor did not seem to know what the Angie's list offer was. He did not provide checklist of items inspected as offered . Just replaced two defective outlets and charged me $120 in addition to the $38 whole house inspection offer on Angie's list. When I complained he said he would go back and do the whole house inspection but never produced a checklist of items inspected as offer indicated. I feel I was overcharged.

Since the installation of the generator, Sirb Electric has handled our annual maintenance and has taken care of any small service issues that have come up infrequently. The generator performs magnificently, especially during inclement weather. Although most of the time, when this happens, we can never tell, except for if we hear the generator running. Sirb Electric continues to provide support and service for the generator, and occasionally we have them work on other electrical items as needed. As I stated earlier, I'm an absentee homeowner, I have 100% trust in Sirb Electric and the quality of the teams work exceptional. Lastly, since I'm big on communication, I also wanted to note they are fantastic at communicating either by emailing, phone or texting.

I was extremely pleased with quality of the work performed. Paul was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. In addition, all areas he worked in were left in a clean and orderly condition when he was complete.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Use of profanity and extremely poor professionalism. We have an HSA Home Warranty plan for our house we bought ~6 months ago. This weekend (4 days ago) our electric hot water heater stopped working. We had a plumber assigned to us who came out and told us we would need a electrician to do the job. We called HSA home warranty again and they assigned SIRB Electric to come out and fix the issue. When the electrician arrived he was upset because he could not find our house and said he tried calling multiple times (no missed calls were on our cell phone). He was irritated and looked at the water heater replying "It's the F#@$ing circuit breaker! You could have done this yourself!" First, if we mess with anything electrical it voids the warranty. Second, the 1st plumber didn't figure this out... so why would we be expected to? Finally, the circuit breakers to our house are not labelled correctly which is why we didn't know what to do about the problem. I'm glad my husband was home. If I was home alone I would have felt scared by this man and his demeanor. This was totally not acceptable. Very disappointed! On the upside- we have hot water again!

We were required to change the location of the weatherhead that feeds power to our home because the wires from the pole to the weatherhead were to low over a new deck we had installed. This was done at a much better price than other bids we received and work was done on time and per city and power company code.

Went smoothly and professionally with little disturbance to work flow. We have used him before and would recommend him without hesitation.

Gave me a quote and I agreed to it. Said he would show up in 2 days and did right on time. Did work even with some unexpected hiccups from the lights I supplied and was done in less than a day. Work was done well and very professionally. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Paul called before he showed up. He was on time. He made sure where we wanted our outlets and cable outlets, then he got right to work. He was very informative. The bill was right on with the quote. This whole job only took about an hour maybe an hour and a half. I am very pleased with Sirb Electric. Would definenly recommend this company.
