i emailed Jacob yesterday late afternoon and he replied very fast... i work 7 days a week and my schedule is tight but he fit me in the next day at 4pm and stayed late to finish the job.... i would recommend Jacob highly... very professional and did a great job !!!!

AAA Performance Plumbing exceeded my expectations. They were able to complete the repairs the same day we made contact.

Everything went well. He tested other connections and tightened everything at no additional charge. I paid a bit more than the original deal because this took longer and involved more than a simple fix. I am more than satisfied. It was nice to have the owner doing the work.

I was in process of moving from one house to another. Things are being crazy and on top of that, I found out that my toilet bowl at the new place does not work. So just like many people will do, I scramble to look for a plumber. Looking for a plumber like finding a good mechanic. I am always worry paying too much and not sure if the technician who come out is experience to fix the problem. So I check the Angie’s list and looking for a good review plumber. While I am searching, I saw a listing that catches my eyes. The slogan for AAA Performance Plumbing is “Hire the little guys!”. I then check out Yelp and Google reviews for the company and I see nothing but good review for the business. I always prefer to use the local small business for the community so I decided to give it a try and purchase one of the deals from Angie’s List. I got a call from Jacob on the same day I purchased the deal. Jacob is very friendly and accommodating. I explain to him the symptoms about the problem and he offer suggestions on how I can reduce the repair cost. Yes, he gave me suggestion to pay him less for his work. :-) Two days later, Jacob showed up at my house for the appointment. He removed the toilet bowl and we immediately notice some tree root problem in the sewer line. He checks out the issue and pulled out two feet long of root from the pipe (picture). I lived in the older neighborhood and there are lots of tree around. He then suggest to run a rooter in the sewer line to make sure we clear out any additional root at the deeper section of the pipe for additional cost. He never pressure for the additional job and give me total decision on the additional preventive maintenance job. Jacob explained to me on all the work he did and offer me great price (which always a plus). Just to sum it up. I use other big plumbing companies before but I would say I will hire Jacob anytime if I have to pay someone to work on any plumbing issue in my house. If anyone ask me about hire a plumber, I would refer them “Hire the little guys!”.

He did a great job explaining cause of problem to husband. His transparency was evident and so appreciated; especially in today's world. We would totally request his services again. Very affordable.

He was prompt, he was clean, cleaned up after himself; took him a little while to figure out where the leakage was but found it & fixed it and adjusted my faucet so it'll work well; i was happy with his work; I'd call him again anytime for another service;

Jacob was on the job the day after I called him. He was professional, fair and honest. He explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. Once completed he told me if it happens again he will come out and clear it again. I would use him again and recommend his services to all.

It went great. He even put in some new plumbing that was old without charging me. He was very friendly but professional.

He let me know up front exactly what needed to be done after I texted pictures of my problem. Responded with a picture of what he would replace it with. Called ahead of time to let me know his ETA. Made the job look easy, finished quicker than expected. Ended up installing my new dishwasher even though he originally was only there for the valves. It's a great relief not worrying about water issues anymore.

Everything is working well and he always leaves the area as clean and neat as when he arrived. He has always conducted himself in a professional, but friendly manner. He has performed the tasks required in a timely manner and within the estimated cost.

We have used AAA a couple of times now and have been very pleased. Clear explanations and honest feedback without any up selling. Service has been excellent and advice on less expensive ways to correct existing problems were not only greatly appreciated but saved us time and money. We plan on calling for our next pluming job!

Chose this company due to it being family owned. The owner himself came on a Saturday and did the work himself. The work was timely and price was fair. The service was excellent and I would definitely hire this Company again.

The new faucet is beautiful and better than the one we had! Jacob did the work and he is very thorough and his prices are also great. He is excellent all around and very courteous as well. I have had some plumbers in the past, but wouldn't get anyone else but Jacob now.

He did not touch or look at the water heater. He immediately said we needed a new one (current one is a 2007.) Once I asked about what it would cost to repair my current water heater he stated it would start at $600.00. I went to Lowe's to price a water heater, spoke to a wonderful woman in charge of that dept. She asked what was going on with my current water heater and said it sounded like I only needed a new thermocoupler. She then found a supplier locally, I called them and they had it at the counter for me to pick up within a half hour. I paid $75.00 for the thermocoupler assembly, installed it myself in less than 30 minutes and have had NO problem with my water heater. I was most disappointed that the technician did not bother to look at my water heater and he would have seen the broken piece on my thermocoupler assembly. I hope people are skeptical when requesting help through Angies List.

Outstanding! They were extremely reasonable for pricing. I've had plumbers for 40 years and this is by far the best one. Very neat and cleaned up well. Incredibly honest, I even tipped them because I was so impressed! Highly recommended!

The most difficult part of the project was draining water out of the pipes so the work could be done. Jacob vacuumed the line which solved that problem. The remainder of the work went very smoothly. Jacob was on time, professional, polite and friendly.

My husband called Jacob around noon. He gave us a quote for 2 possible scenarios for the problem and said he would fit us into his schedule. He arrived approximately 2:30. Jacob was very professional and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time and had to snake the drain 8 times. He also found a tube in the tank that was out of place and corrected it. Before leaving, he gave us insight concerning some products we were using and advised against use to avoid the problem in the future Although he spent more time than originally planned, he did not add to the original quote, which we felt was a very fair quote to start with. We will definitely call Jacob at AAA Performance Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
