Talk a good talk....but the son that does the work has a problem with anyone that checks the quality of the work. Thus you become a "Nitpicker" When getting paid $6600.00 I would hope some one would question the work performed. 1) Water damage to 2 separate areas and ceiling which they refuse to fix....their in-adequate work that lead to leaks that I had to fix. 2) I paid for tear off, but he would not remove all the old nails from the old roof. This defeats the purpose of tearing off the old roof. 3) Did not want to replace drip edge, thus it was improperly installed. 4) The valleys were not done properly, and will lead to pre-mature failure of the valleys. 5) Clean Up...lets say they do not know the meaning of this, left a days worth of mess for me to clean up. 6) They nailed my gutters to the fascia board so I could not adjust the slope after they were done...petty behavior on their part.
