Extremely well. I called and reached the owner immediately. When he heard what my problem was, he came over within 1 hour of my call because he was concerned with what I was describing. I couldn't have been more impressed with the responsiveness and obvious care he put into the job. I will be recommending this company to others wholeheartedly.

They were very professional and prompt. When I realized I needed another box for the installation they were there in a couple days and got the job done well. We are very pleased.

I called to schedule an appointment for Alpha and Omega to repair a breaker that was malfunctioning. An appointment was set up for 1:00 on the following Friday. They never showed up and never called. I called on Saturday and left a message to inquire if they were ever planning on coming. I left a clear message with my name and direct line phone number. They called my place of business (the number I had called from, but not the number I left on the machine) when I was out of the office and had no idea who they were calling (ie. just calling back the number on their caller ID, without listening to my message). I tried calling them back again, got the machine again and never heard back. Horrible follow through and communication skills. I will be finding another electrician to service our needs from here on out. I am surprised they have shown up to their service calls frequently enough to get 21 positive reviews. UPDATE: Owner did eventually make it by my house to apologize, which I appreciate. I believe him that this was a rare occurrence, but am leaving this review up, as it is an accurate description of my experience with them.

I found them to be very professional, courteous and friendly. They took the time to listen to my plans. Their correspondences via phone and email were always prompt. I am planning on using them again in the next two months!

Mike and his team were responsive, on time, and very professional. All work was completed quickly and thoroughly. About a month later, my air conditioner started blowing out its own circuit, and the main. Mike came out to help me diagnose the problem and made recommendations on how to deal with it that would not only save me money, but in the end not benefit him at all. That kind of integrity is amazing. I highly recommend Alpha and Omega.

the outside outlet was constantly tripping, possibly due to a short in the wiring. scheduled an appointment, he was very responsive, courteous and professional. discovered the fault was with the actual outlet and simply replaced it. explained what caused the problem and what to watch for in the future.

Hired these guys to replace some wonky switches in our home. The person they sent showed up on time, got the work done quickly and was happy to answer the few questions we had. He replaced five switches and had everything buttoned back up in about an hour. Charged exactly what they said they would, $65/hour plus parts. The switches have been working great and don't pop or crack like the old ones we had replaced. Before the appointment they kept us informed via phone so we knew exactly what was going on. I am sure we will use these guys again.

This was the second time I'd used Alpha and Omega since I'd had such a good experience with them the first time. The first time they were able to fix a back porch light and outside outlet that hadn't worked for a while. The second time they came to fix a string of outlets that had failed after I had replaced a light switch (incorrectly). Not only did they make it to my house quickly both times, but they were able to get the job done at a cost below what I had anticipated. I asked a lot of questions since I'm hoping to turn my current house into a rental in the near future and would like to be able to learn as much as possible as a future landlord. I will use them from now on for both my new home and rental!

Mike returned my initial call promptly and work was completed before several others returned my calls. He was excellent at communicating with me when problems at a prior job delayed him. Mike is very professional and has a good personality. He did a good job at a reasonable/fair cost. I would definitely use him again and definitely recommend him!

Good service, nice young fellow. The only reason I gave the professionalism a B instead of A is because this was an electrician without a single light switch on his truck. He had to go back to his office to get one. I thought that kind of 'not professional'. However, he did go above and beyond in trying to locate these difficult bulbs, which he finally found and purchased the last two, in all of Columbia apparently. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would gladly hire these folks again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent - it was estimated the work would take approx 3 hours and it was accurate. The team arrive on time and ready to work. They asked appropriate clarifying questions regarding exact functionality we were expecting in the complete project. The work entailed added a indoor flip switch to power the outdoor landscaping lighting we had recently had installed. Outdoors, there was some underground rewiring that needed to be completed, running a wire thorough some indoor structure to reach the front door area. In our dining room, we had a 2 way dimmer switch on a 3 way system and had the incorrect switch replaced. In a extra room we had an old ceiling fan replaced with a traditional ceiling light.

Arrived on time; worked efficiently; explains things well; good information provided about the new florescent fixture we had him put up in the kitchen. Set date and time to work on more of our to-do list. We have worked with this company for over a year and referred it to others.

They did all the jobs cheerfully and professionally. They completed five different projects within a one hour service call.
