West Shore Home installed new shower for replacement of tub/shower. Everything was done in one day and done very professional. All of the products used for new shower high quality products and installed in one day. Thanks so much to Derrick Hendrix, Jack Owens and Kenneth Killingsworth for their professional hard work. The workers, Austin Vickers and Todd Lucas, were professional and did an exceptional job. They replaced our old tub and shower with a new walk-in shower along with replacing the plumbing. "I hired them to take out my old bathtub/shower and install a new shower. It is absolutely beautiful. Josiah & Robert F from the Birmingham office came out do do the job. They had some issues that was no fault of theirs and I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to complete the job. These guys are very professional and handle things like seasoned veterans. They were both very polite and took extra care not to disturb any other area of the house. They left our home as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend this company because of the outstanding work of Josiah and Robert!

Our salesman Brent Wells was so patient and answered all our questions. The installers Kyle Brasure and Christian Spalde were very professional. They did a wonderful job to keep the area and floors cleaned as they put covering down while working on taking tub out and replacing the step in shower.they also cleaned up after they finished. I would definitely recommend this company.

We are so glad that we chose West Shore Home for our master bath remodel. Having someone work in your home is a very personal thing. This was not lost on the crew assigned to convert our tub/shower combo into a beautiful walk-in shower. Kudos to James for talking me through the process and caring about my opinions. Great care was taken by James and his crew (Todd and Daniel) to ensure that each point in the scope of their work was done completely and professionally. They were all very friendly and respectful. This experience was great and I would definitely use West Shore Homes (and hopefully this crew) again in the future, as well as recommend them to family and friends.

This company is easy to work with! Great installation. James and Andrew arrived on time, worked diligently, were quite pleasant, and they left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. They installed a corner shower in our lower-level half bath, and it is perfect! We also found our salesperson Steven to be professional, friendly and very helpful. West Shore Home is a company I will recommend to anyone wanting a shower or tub installed. Great work guys!

We had our tub and tile removed and replaced with a roll in shower wet space. It fits our needs wonderfully! Josiah and James did a great job containing as much dust and debris as possible and used floor coverings to protect our floors as they went in and out of the home. Their work ethic is strong and they arrived when they said they would and got the job done in two days! Highly recommend Westshore Home!

If you have seen the commercials, they do exactly what they say they will! The rep Kevin who drove over 2hrs on a Saturday morning was on time, very polite & knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me & answered every question & I had a ton. I was amazed at how quickly the process took, 13 days after meeting with Kevin, installers were at my door 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled time even after driving over 2hrs. I like folks being here when they said they would. No waiting. I received several calls from their customer service folks keeping me updated on everything prior to my installation date.. Scott, Todd & Brice, the installers, introduced themselves upon arrival. These 3 young men were very polite & professional. Scott went over everything, showing me all the products to confirm I was getting exactly what I ordered & went over the installation process. Brice & Todd immediately got rolling. These men worked very well together & seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing. Itâ s nice to hear & see the respect they showed for each other. And the occasional laughter was refreshing.They continuously checked with me throughout the entire process. They worked!!! And did a beautiful job. They took a lot of care making sure everything was covered & protected during demolition & cleaned up everything when they were done. The tub & shower they installed is absolutely beautiful! Westshore should be very proud of Kevin, Scott, Brice & Todd. They are a top notch team & are a great representation of a great work environment!!
