This company is amazing. Everyone I spoke with were true professionals. The three young men who worked my shower - Charles Tanner Nelson, William Brewer and Glen Boutwell. These guys were professional, friendly and I felt at ease having them in my home as soon as they introduced themselves. They new what they were doing and explained to me everything I asked about and other info. Truly amazing young men. I will probably have West Shore Home do other work for me.

The contractors (Austin, Andrew, Will, and Jacob) were great. They ensured they kept us informed throughout each process throughout the day. They cleaned and even handled our questions with professionalism. They completed the job in the time frame promised and the shower is great! One thing to be aware of is that once your job is done, it is very difficult to reach your consultant if you have any further concerns or questions. It seems like once the job is done, they are no longer concerned. I will still give a 5-star review because the contractors do not need to be penalized. The guys did an outstanding job!

The whole experience with West Shore has been phenomenal. From the moment we started speaking with the designer, I felt comfortable with team and products they use.(Whirlpool, Moen, etc.) We were initially set to install in February of 2022, but they were able to get us done a month AHEAD of schedule! Who has ever had a contractor knock out a job EARLY?! On the first day of install, I was concerned when I only saw one gentleman step out of the vehicle. Austin is a rare breed of human. I have yet to find a contractor that was as courteous, compassionate and professional as he was. We were installing this walk in shower for our daughter who has Cerebral Palsy, to make it easier for her. When Austin found out, I hear him speaking to someone on the phone and he said, "I have to make this perfect for her, I don't care how long it takes me." I was blown away!! He completed it BY HIMSELF in a little less than two days, now mind you, I had tile walls and cast iron tub, so not an easy job, especially for one person. So to say the least, when he was done, we were all speechless. IT is beautiful and exactly like we designed. We have an older home so nothing was square or level, but the shower is perfectly done. I will use West Shore again in the future because of the people like Austin that they employ. He is welcomed back in our house anytime, he's kind of like family now. Thank you Austin and West Shore for a beautiful shower.

West Shore Home installed our new shower in the time frame provided 1 day to complete. Charles & Bill S were very professional and welcome us to review their progress as they completed the project. I would definitely recommend West Shore Home for any projects.

Anthony & Hanna arrived around 9:30 a.m. There was a problem with the size of our opening, but they worked to solved it. It did take them 2 full days to complete the job, but we are very pleased with the finished product.

Derrick and Billy arrived around 9am. Started working by putting covers over our hardwood floors. Derrick and Billy worked as a team. We were encouraged to ask questions and look at what they were doing. The finished job was amazing and was done in about 10 hrs. Great Job

I am handicapped and needed my shower replaced with an ADA compliant shower. The sales person was extremely helpful in helping us decide exactly what we wanted. The installers (Chris J, Charles N, & Kenneth K) were awesome. They completed the job in about 7 hours. They were polite and considerent. They put tarps down to protect our floors and cleaned up completely including the remains of our previous shower. I highly recommend this company.
