The installation of the tub (day 1) and the shower (days 2-3) was done with speed and professionalism, thanks to team leader Charles N. and the rest of the team; Jaun G, Josh T, and James S. There were some extra visits required, such as a shower seat and shelving that were installed nicely several weeks later by Joel. However, we also had to ask for some other cosmetic problems to be fixed. This took many weeks to achieve but was eventually handled really well by Amber in Chattanooga,TN, organizing the repair work to our satisfaction done by James S. who did a wonderful job in completing our bathroom remodel. Kudos to all participants, each deserving of a 5 star rating!!

Anthony Madison came and put in the shower seat & bars. Very good work. He was super nice and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Hanna and others put in the shower. They were very good. I give them all highest ratings

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Our Design Consultant, Richard Williams, was informative without being pushy. The installers, Patrick Camp & Juan Gaytaw, were the best. They discovered hidden water damage when they removed the existing tub and spent a large part of the day removing and replacing the damaged material. Due to that fact the install took 2 days but it was worth it. Patrick and Juan were professional and courteous throughout the entire in process. West Shore obviously sets a high bar when it comes to the customer experience and their people delivered. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great workers Love my new shower But they busted thru sheet rock and wallpaper on adjoining bathroom . I want this fixed. They said would send to technicians I'm waiting

It was a turn-key operation. Junaid put together a well planned design and the Techs converted a bath tub with no shower used only for storage, into a beautiful, safe, handicap accessible shower in a day and half. Awesome job by Techs Will M. and Andrew N. All work was done up to specs and in code and work site cleaned and swept prior to their departure. Thanks Westshore!

It was very pleasant experience. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They made the reasonable modifications and changes we requested. They gave professional recommendations and guild lines.

Excellent service and product. We decided to convert 2 upstairs bathrooms from a tub/ showers to walk in showers. Very professional with the rep Kari Davis giving us a quote and being patient with all our questions. They completed both bathrooms within 2 days! We had the very efficient installation crew of John Campos, James Scroggins, Patrick Camp and Steven Crawford. We would highly recommend this company for bathroom conversions!! When they completed the job everything was clean and vacuumed. You would have never known demolition had been going on.

I had two bathroom showers redone. It was a little on the expensive side but I was amazed with the product and the beauty of my showers. They look like a 5 star hotel shower. I did get my monies worth and I would do it again. The crew was exceptional! And it only took them 2 and half days to do both showers. I would recommend them to everyone that's looking for experience, professionalism,quality work and getting it done quick with no mess left behind to call them. Westshore sent 3 employees out to remove an old jacuzzi tub and to install a shower. Austin Vickers, John West, and John Campos did an outstanding job! We love our new shower, and we highly recommend this company.

Anthony Madison was the installer and when a spot needed to be recaulked had no issues whatsoever. Called one day and Anthony was the tech who came out and repaired the next day. Great company and great customer service. Would recommend!
