Job completed in one day. Gutters were cleaned. Good cleanup on yard.

He seemed to be honest and kind when he was pitching the job to us but things immediately changed after we signed a contract. He wouldn't give me the price until he had been given a copy of my insurance paperwork, which he has still not returned. He installed the wrong color of shingle and I had to call him multiple times to get in touch with him. He completely changed things without showing me samples or explaining the differences. When I told him that he didn't install the "weather cap" on the chimney he told me would need to charge me another $100 when it only costs $10. After paying $5700 one would think that he would be willing to add that one but no. Then, they were pulling the ladder off the roof and they broke my window. They didn't clean up ANY of the glass and I have dogs and children so it was a danger. Of course when I got upset about that he lied, yet again, and said that he had offered but he had not. Considering it was cold outside I thought that he would replace it immediately but he didn't call or was not proactive about it at all. He said that he would have someone over there on Monday but we never heard anything back. I was literally losing money with my heat going out the window so I couldn't wait until Thursday. Then, he had the audacity to charge over to my house and yell at me about making my final payment.
