Description of Work: Impossible to communicate with or get your questions answered... no one picks up the phone in the office. Went clear to showroom one day and while doors unlocked no one was physically there.

Description of Work: The initial plans and estimate were done very quickly and we put our deposit down and it took quite awhile to hear back on when the patio would be poured. We are thrilled with the result and the crew was very professional, my only frustration was with the lack of communication from the time we put down out deposit to actually having the crew out to our house. Overall we were very happy with the result and that is what is most important.

Description of Work: Everything was great. We bought a forclosure that had no grass, just wood chips and weeds. They stripped the yard, installed plants and sod and moved a fountain and several landscaping rocks and installed up-lighting to make a great outdoor space.

Description of Work: Spoke with the receptionist and was not impressed. April basically was not accomodating when it comes to customer service. She acted as if my request to speak with the contractor and / or fax a written request to include my ideas for landscaping was unheard of. All I wanted to do is get a bid. She said she would call the guy and ask if I could do that. ?????? Doesn't make much sense but I am waiting for a call back, this is just my first point of contact and communication.

Description of Work: I had K.C. Lawn & Landscaping, Inc. install a paver patio for me last summer, then had them back out this fall to extend a downspout to resolve my drainage issue, do a fall clean up of leaves, and fertilize the yard.

I would not hesitate to use them again (in fact, I have another project in mind) or refer him to someone else. I felt very comfortable with Zach and he is truly a professional in all aspects relating to his line of work.
