They were polite and very considerate while doing the installation. They were prompt and very professional. My house is now so very warm with the new windows. I know my heating bills will drop in the upcoming winter months. Farm and Home was recommended to me by a co-worker who had all her house windows replaced by them several years ago. And I will recommend them to others as well.

The owner is very accessible, you go to the business and they walk you through the process, they follow up with you and the window quality is good and they give you a life guarantee. Overall, we were satisfied. I compared some prices and got different quotes from different companies. They are very good, and I highly recommend them. They offered me 3 pane windows at 2 pane window price. The quality of service was fantastic. They were professional, responsive, detail oriented, the price was competitive and overall they were good.

It was fabulous and they were very good. It was $40,000 plus, we got the whole house done. Project management was very good, from the initial sales consultation all the way through the completion of the job. The job was large, between two and three weeks. Unlike a lot of contractors, they completed the job on time and left the job site cleaned up each day. The workers were friendly and approachable. The job was fairly complicated, with a large number of different things being done. The complexity was managed perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farm and Home to anyone. Of all the contractors we've ever worked with, these guys were the best.

Couldn't be happier with the sliding glass door and the quality of the installation. From the time I called and requested a bid to the end when I wrote them a check for the work, this was a first class operation. The door is high quality as is the installation. I appreciated not having to pay anything up front and no payment due until I was completely satisfied. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up and protected my new carpet during installation. I highly recommend this company for doors and window replacement.

We were real happy with them. When they came to give the estimate, they brought a lot of visual samples and things with them, so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. They were very straightforward and professional. The crew that came and actually did the work was very conscientious about working around our routine, but they got the job done very quickly and efficiently. We did have to have a couple of call backs and they were very prompt with those too.

Having a dedicated repair person is great since you get fast service and the warranty was honored with no problems. The repair person Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. Mark also took the time to explain why sometimes a window will have a failed seal and showed us how to inspect windows to be sure they are still in good working order. Overall I could not be more please with the experience!

I was in desperate need of repairs to my 17 yo home, my north facing window frames and sills had completely rotted out, several other windows had brickmold damage and my patio/kitchen door needed changed. All windows were double pane argon filled which were losing the gas charge. I contacted several companies throughout the KC metro. Many representatives were equally professional, friendly and worked hard to earn my business. When I met with John A. he was completely at ease with meand took his time to fully answer my many questions. His demo window model showed many of the structural benefits I was looking for in my replacement windows. When he departed, my wife mentioned she really liked his presentation and professionalism. John helped steer me to the triple pane, krypton filled "Preservation windows". The energy ratings, UV protection and ease of operation were/are magnificent. Once I finished taking Bids I sat down and compared oranges to oranges. Farm and Home windows were the best choice for my home. The selection of windows with an interior color selection that matched my existing trim was very welcome. The price was so very competetive, It was like getting the Triple pane for the Double pane price. Additionally the ability to get a sliding patio door that was also triple pane, krypton filled cinched the deal for me. Once, the decision was made, I committed to the project and windows were ordered. In the process, I had scheduled some other repairs to my home to be done as well.Once the windows arrived the work commenced. My wife was home for the majority of the work being done, when I arrived home the first day, I was amazed at how good the windows were...the exterior cap to the molding had not been completed yet. The process took two days, and although one pane arrived cracked, a replacement was ordered the same day. The installers were true professionals, we didnot see/hear and bad language, nor did we find any cigarette butts or trash left on my proprety... The Patio door looks and works great...all windows are perfect, they look good, they make the house quieter, I don't feel any drafts and they function just as promised. The cracked window was replaced several weeks later in a matter of seconds. My wife and I could not be happier with our windows, as all our neighbors have house envy and have mentioned they want to do the same to their homes. We could not be happier with Farm and Home Builders Inc. our salesman John, or the installation crew. All true professionals and a credit to their trade... I will definately reccomend them for anyone wanting a professionally installed replacement window....

Overall the jobs were performed on time and without trouble and the results are beautiful.

Farm and Home does excellent work; the products are quality and the final result is great. I had them replace all but one window a year ago and based on that experience decided to do the siding job plus the new storm door and the one remaining window this year. They told me that it would be at least three weeks from the date they ordered the window before they could start work; I was surprised on a Sunday afternoon by a phone call telling me they planned to start the next day; I said that I would not be able to be at home because I would need to arrange things at work, so they started on Tuesday instead and they showed up then and got started. Because I have greyhounds, I always give anyone working at my house the full lecture about not leaving gates and doors open, etc. (greyhounds can be hard to catch if they decide to escape and run -- and are not smart about traffic or finding their way home). I had some difficulty getting compliance even after repeating the information 3-4 times. Luckily, no escapes occurred. The folks who installed my windows in 2011 were outstandingly neat in the way they went about their work while the job was in progress. Siding may be a different animal, but I was a little disappointed in the siding crew's tendency to leave debris laying around at end of day, dropping cigarette butts on the ground, etc. Luke was great though, and was careful to make sure that the job was done completely to my satisfaction. He personally installed the window and new storm door. He also made sure that the crew worked around a somewhat troublesome lightning protection system that the former owner installed. In the final analysis, I'm very pleased with all the work Farm & Home did -- house looks great.

I have a very long history of using them. I have done about $50,000 total business with them over the years. They are excellent. The product is good. I have never had any issues, except for once with a replacement window that, for whatever reason, lost its gas. They came right out and replaced it without any fuss. Clearly, they stand behind their product. I met them at a trade show. They do not do high-pressure sales. They tell it like it is. Their crews are very professional. I feel like I get a very high-end product for pretty much an average price.

We have used this company in the past to replace all windows in the house, with the exception of the door, which was a custom size, therefore the higher price. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work. In fact, when here on a minor service visit, when some slight discoloration was noticed on a couple of the windows; they replaced 5 windows that came from the same lot as a precaution. They are very professional and service oriented, from the salesman down to the installers. We have one more custom door to go, and we will be using this company again.

Although it was many years ago I used their services, I vividly remember how professional they were. From the salesman to the installers, they were always prompt and, again, I use the word, professional in their dealings and installing of my windows. They even cut in a window in my master bedroom and perfectly matched the interior trim. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Excellent experience throughout. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision without any pressure. We expected the owner to be knowledgable, but the great service didn't stop with the owner. The installers did fantastic work and they were a pleasure to work with. They did not hesitate going the extra mile to make sure every window was installed in perfect form. One of our old windows was especially bad and it had been improperly fitted and installed by the builder so one of the installers spent alot of extra time ensuring the new window looked great from the inside and outside. Although good replacement windows are quite expensive and not the most exciting items to spend money on, I am totally satisfied with Farm and Home Builders and would highly recommend this company . And, I will not hesitate calling them again for any additional work of this nature that we need!

They were great company. We loved working with the salesman John. John was great. I liked the quality of their work and the windows themselves. They were good. The installer was kind of a weird chap. It took him a few days to get all of the stuff done. That was just one drawback. We loved the product, salesman, and the company. The installer never communicated and one day he didn’t show up. I would use them in the future.

The windows were all triple pane with triple grids inside and outside. The work was good and they were on time. They had a good product and did a good job but their prices were a little high. They did everything I wanted and I will use this company again in the future.

I do not normally praise a company this highly for their performance. However, this company?s services provided to my household warrants high praise for a job well done. I will have to compliment Mr. John Abramovich and his company, Farm & Home Builders, for accomplishing a very resourceful quality project. Mr. Abramovich of this company, who did not ?provide a smooth talking? explanation of his product and services, He instead provided an assertive, ?no nonsense? explanation of the details of his project and services.I had done much research and spoken to over a dozen representatives of other building/siding products and services, and compared everything from quality to price of the estimates to complete the anticipated project. Farm & Home Builders fit every component of what I needed to replace my outdated/storm damaged siding. The price agreed upon for this product, certified company, including a 50 yr. warranted, product (preservation siding) , and long term warranted labor provision, provided a comprehensive fair deal, versus what I had researched and expected of other construction companies with non certified status for their product , and thus less than acceptable offers and anticipated services. There were a few other companies with similar services offered, and very good offers, but this company had the best prospective offer when I accepted their proposal for a siding job as well as some reparation of less than professional roofing project issues completed prior to the siding job. The representative and crew, led by Steve, were very punctual , responsive, respectful, and thorough from beginning to end. The representative and crew were very timely upon arrival, up to the explanation and continual updating of information needed, towards providing for a harmonious and quality project completion. The workmanship of the two man crew appeared to have been high in its quality performance and time completion. Extra unanticipated services and products additions needed were provided and, or performed at no extra charge, usually to add to the functionality or beauty of the project?s end result. The representative of the company was helpful in interceding with my insurance adjustor to acquire the most product and services for the cost. Services I had needed but were not suggested to be done by my roofer, Murphy?s Roofing, (i.e. to replace terribly mildewed facials board around my gutters) were compensated for by Farm & Home Builders. My roofer installed gutters over the mildewed facia, However, the awful appearance was cosmetically fixed by Farm & Home Builders for no additional charge.. Finally, this company helped explain their services to a homeowner, not versed in all the components that go into installing quality siding, including some components of what is needed for an effective roofing job. I believe this to be a very friendly consumer friendly business. I would also suggest that they consider doing roofing.

Danny the owner was really great, Came out quickly, listened to our desires, explained their products services, provided a quote with no sales pressure. The crew was also great. They worked with us and asked how we wanted things done and made great suggestions. Luke even brought his personal impact hammer one day to help remove some brick I was replacing. Everybody in the neighborhood has stopped by and complimented us on the house.

They installed the windows and were in & out in two and a half days. They were here every morning at 9 O?clock and stayed until 5 O?clock at night. They did a great job. The windows are great and they did an excellent job installing it. I would have them out if I needed anymore window work done.

They were very professional. The installers were clean and the sales people kept me posted on when they would be here. The quality of the installation was fabulous. High level of professionalism. They are my number 1 option for an upcoming project.

John Abramovich was very responsive, came out to provide a quote immediately; very thorough in getting all the details down and making sure I agreed with them. John was helpful getting the entry door made with an extra-large dog door (the standard one was too small for my dogs). The cost was considerably higher than another quote I got, but I chose Farm & Home because I preferred the windows they offered (triple vs. double glass and more finish options) and were able to solve my dog door problem. Installation was scheduled as expected; Dewey Walcutt, Tina and Brian completed the installation and did an outstanding job. Dewey had to do some extra work to fix problems that had been created when some dry rot issues had been repaired previously and did a great job with those. All three were personable, helpful and professional. They thoroughly cleaned up each day they worked (you don't appreciate this until you've had someone pile debris outside your home while completing a job and it sits there for a few days.) The result is excellent -- could not be more pleased.

We had a great experience from beginning to end with this company. John gave us a firm quote which included a lifetime warranty on the Preservation windows and a 50 year warranty on labor. We got a deal to get triple pane windows for a double pane window price. John was patient with us - it took awhile for the funding to come through. Rob and Steve installed the windows over two days - the hottest days of the summer. They both worked very hard, putting in long days! They were professional, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. I was dreading cleaning up after the project, but they cleaned up everything both inside and out! They even put all the blinds back up. The windows look great and we're excited to have them in!

He was very honest when he gave me the estimate. He told me replacing the windows wouldn't fix the flooding problem (he even walked around the back of my house to see where my issues might be, and got on his stomach to look under my deck to determine how the gutters were flowing). He recommended I have a gutter/roofing company look at the issue. In the end, his estimate for replacing my windows was the highest, but he was dead on about what was causing my flooding. I appreciated his honesty.
