Description of Work: People were nice enough but promised to do EVERYTHING to sell our home. Once we signed, however, we NEVER SAW THEM AGAIN. They also promised to display our home on their front window in downtown Branson, which did NOT happen until approx. the week before our listing ENDED and after my husband drove by to check on it. At one point my husband called to ask why they were not showing the home themselves, to which they responded "they didn't have time".

Description of Work: We have bought and sold houses thru tri-lakes reality. Our agent is Polly Ryan. She is a very knowledgeable agent. She covered all thee facts and issues in purchasing and selling houses. She is the most honest person we know. We have recommended her to friends many times. She gets an a plus rating.

+ -1 morePolly was selling a home in our neighborhood, and we asked her about selling a home for us. We hit it off right away. She seemed very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. We listed with her and she sold our house within 30 days. We listed another home that we had built for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, she never moved in, and Polly sold it for us also. She helped us purchased a home for us. She made it so easy.
Description of Work: We have used Tri-Lakes Reality to sell 2 homes, and have purchased 1 home from them. They made each transaction so easy, and we did not have to do anything, but show up at the signing time. They kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home or planing on selling one. Of course, we have our favorite agent, Polly Ryan, and she has become a good friend to us.
