I was very impressed with this company from the initial phone call.???A live person (Diana) answered the phone and was pleasant and professional.? She scheduled my appointment for about ten days later at 1:00 p.m.? On the date of the appointment, the technician (James)?arrived about 11:00 a.m. because it was raining that day and his schedule had been bumped up.? James did a great job.? He inspected the side boards in the garage and then went under the house into the crawl space.? He brought out some pieces of wood that clearly had termite damage.? He said he found them on the ground under the house.? After he emerged from the crawl space, he broke the pieces of wood apart to see if there were any live termites in them.? There were none, probably because my house is old enough to have been treated with chlordane? in the past, a chemical no longer used because of toxicity. While this company charges $50 for a termite inspection and some other companies offer free inspections, I did not mind paying for their services because I felt it was an honest inspection without any conflict of interest.

It took a couple times, but the their home was found in a vent near the kitchen. Got those little boogers!

Everything went fine. No more termites and no more fleas. Price very reasonable. Gary and Diana are great to work with. Will definitely keep using them. We already have this year's inspection scheduled.

Great, no termites, and haven't seen a single live creepy-crawly thing for about 5 days. The ants seemed to get upset when their queen probably died, but that lasted only about a day.

They've been pretty good. We've used them for several years. Price is competitive for the size of our house and yard.
