Brandon was prompt to return calls, very professional on the phone and in person, and showed up exactly on time. He met me to provide a quote for finishing a remodel/termite repair that was in rough tape/mud stage with a freshly removed popcorn ceiling. Brandon explained exactly what he needed to do to complete the work, and how he would match the finishes of the other rooms. He quickly evaluated the project and gave a respectable price for the work involved. He was to mud and smooth the existing walls, finish the joints, provide a knock down to match our house above wainscott height, and smooth below. He also stomped a stipple pattern on the ceiling, and explained that it would be close to other work I had performed, but slightly heavier due to the type of brush he used. Brandon had an open day the following Thursday and felt he could do the job in one day. We agreed on a time, and he was there at that time. He worked while my wife was home and worked hard throughout the day. He was professional and friendly in his interactions, but stayed on task. Brandon completed his project as expected, cleaned up after himself, and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. He did exactly what he said he would do and the project looks great. I work in a professional capacity in the commercial construction field and interact with designers, contractors, and owners on a daily basis. Based on my experience in the industry, Brandon was a consummate professional that I can highly recommend.
