It was a great experience. I found the company on Angie's List. Called and Thursday (4/4/13) and described the leaking shower head. Set up an appointment for the next day at 130-2P. At 230P called and asked if he was still coming. Apologized that he got hung up on another job and would be there as soon as he could. He called 10 minutes before coming.

David was prompt and courteous on the day I scheduled for him to come out. He did not have all the parts he needed to fix all the damage, so he scheduled to come out the very next day, first thing in the morning. Within 3 hours of showing up, he had fixed all our plumbing problems to beyond our expectations and left zero mess. He unclogged the very stubborn kitchen sink, replaced the copper piping and check valve on the exterior faucet (without damaging any of the brick facade) and put proper fall on the piping so it would not freeze again. For the ceiling, he cut out the drywall, removed all damaged piping and junctions, and created a more efficient piping junction in the ceiling to minimize stress on the pipes and give the system better fall. David was very professional, prompt, and honest. His pricing was beyond reasonable for the time he put in and the complicated ceiling pipes. Although I had to wait a few more days then I wanted to, it was worth waiting until he had an opening.
