carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWe purchased a lake home including previous owners furniture. We were desperate for someone to come and clean the carpets and upholstered furniture ASAP. Our realtor gave us All American Carpet Cleaning's name and they answered our call for help. They did an excellent job and cleaned anything with cloth on it, including the mattresses. They worked into the evening to get the job done. We were very pleased and would call them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned all carpet, upholstery and mattresses.

+ -1 moreInitial service was prompt and professional. Arrived timely after being called and started the emergency water removal and early repairs. Worked closely with insurance adjuster to provide accurate estimate of damage for my reimbursement. However, followup on actual repairs was slow and incomplete. Initial assessment of cause of problem, extent of damage, and potential liability were not completely accurate. Multiple phone calls were not returned. No central point of contact for the job--was bounced back and forth between two individuals. Would not use again, and would not recommend to others.
Description of Work: Provider was called out for emergency water damage restoration due to broken kitchen sink water supply line in our condo.
